Im extremely dissapointed in your service today. I bought a chicken salad at McDonalds parow. When i got home there was no salad dressing (how that is not added, im seriously confuse). What made it worst was when i open my salad, the chicken was cut in small pieces and i could literally count them. I was so dissapointed cause everytime i buy the salad, it comes with the crumbed chicken fillet and not this pieces u gave me this morning. This is not the standard i expect from you and this is not the 1st time im receiving poor service when it comes to my meals.
Im extremely dissapointed in your poor service. I received a call late week the 25th March, i missed the call as i was in a parent meeting. I called back and the delivery guy said they had my parcel for delivery, i told him i was in a meeting, he assured my the Wednesday they will deliver, however no delivery was made, i called the Thursday morning and told them i need the delivery cause it is my licence disc and if it can be delivered by 2pm, he indicated that it will be done before 2pm. At 3pm i callec but received no response. After 4pm i received a call from another delivery guy saying they have my parcel but is stuck in Durban road, Bellville, i told them to call me when they here cause its my licence disc as my car licence disc expired. Till date which is now more than 5 days, i have not received any calls or feedback with regards to my parcel. Because of your neglicence, i now received a fine for expired licence disc. Almost 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for your easy sell attorneys from homeloans to call me. I sent numerous emails with regards to changing the date of payment, i failed verification cause 1, im not a STD bank client and the questions is based on accounts that was handed over 2 years ago. I was advised that i will get a call back, however its almost 2 weeks and still nothing. I want the date to be change to the 10th monthly, starting 10 May.
I am extremely dissapointed in the service i received today. I went to your parow park store and bought Rama which showed on the special sticker on the shelve, 2XR50. When i got to the counter, the price did not go off and the teller called the supervisor Primrose, she than sent one of the new packers to where i pointed the sticker and the butter was. The guy came back and said the manager there said it was the previous weeks sale. I informed him that its not my problem if its an old sticker, i pay what i see. Primrose than requested the Supervisor for the Dairy section to come to where i was, after almost 20 minutes this Supervisor who was so unproffesional, come and had a very bad attitude, while the teller was explaining,He asked what should he do and walked away. 5min later he came back as Primrose told him i was still there, I told him to go and look at the camera footage, cause i know i saw the Rama butter which was 2 for R50. I told him it was a big-ish paper so he will see on the footage who removed it as im 100%sure that it was there. The Supervisor (Name: Search) came and said there is nothing on the camera which is a total lie. Not only was he extremely unproffesional letting me waited for a total of 45min, he was also dishonest in saying that the discount/promotion page was never there and not moved yet i was not the only 1 that saw the page was infront of the Rama which said 2 for R50. If this is not resolved, i will take this further to FASA, NCC and ICASA Ombudsmans.
Im extremly dissapointed in the service received. On the 3rd Feb 2025 i sent an email to Easy sell attorney email that i would like my date to be amended, i received the automated response that someone will respond/call within 1 business day, till date i have not received any response. Not only is this bad service but extremly unprofessional as you automated responses promise a service which you fail. I want the date to be changed to the 6th every month starting from 6 May 2025 which i would be in a position to pay the R480 per month for 120 mnths.
I would like to take this opportunity to say that, the 1 claim consultant that I thank God I was blessed with. She is seriously the best. She is so professional and extremely competent in her work. I have never came across a consultant that is so good at what she does and always valued and adding value.. with everything that I have been going through for the past 2 years and my husband still in prison, she is the 1 person that made me believe that Scorpion will always be there for us, and what was promised with the policy agreement as been done and it always made me feel that we definitely made the right decision to choose Scorpion.. She is none other than Nombu Mkhize.. she deserve all the compliments , even a certificate of excellent service and promotion.. she really is extremely good at her job and I'm really thankful for everything she have done for us.. we will definitely have a very long and good customer relationship with Scorpion just because of Nombu Mkhize. Im extreamly dissapointed in the service received the past few months. Never in a million years did i have thought we would receive such service from the company we trusted, we have been clients for over a decade and only receives good services in the past but what i have been experienced in the past few months, is extreamly disspointed. A xlaim was logged on the 12 December, only on the 7th January a SMS and email was sent to the individual, he was given 7 days to respond or action will be taken. On the 15th January i called and sent an email to request and update, i was advised the consultant will make contact with me. Its been more than 7 days and till date i have not been made aware what the next steps is and how we will go about this. Im extremely dissapointed in the poor service received.. we now waiting 4 months for this claim to be paid. You said one of the consultants will call but till now nothing yet. I will make sure that i put this on all social platforms how poor ur services is and i will refer this to the OSTI. If i do not get a call before end of business today i will refer this as it is now more than 7 days that we waiting for ur call back. That Tlhalefo Kenosi does not respond to any of his emails which is extremely bad
Im extremely dissapointed in the services received.. the claim was lodge in July and each time it was a back and forth with documents, we provided the all documents again with description on the 8th November 2024 and till date have not received any feedback after numerous emails sent. If this is not resolved within 48hrs i will refer this to the OSTI, cause its been 4 months since this claim has been lodge
Every week i have to sent a complaint for you to resolve my issue and till date nothing has been done. My place was broken in a 4th time, the technician was sent out to come do a report which he have done, however i have not received any feedback with regards to that report nor did i receive feedback as to why will pay for the loss incurred this time as everytime i had to pay for the loss on the property which resulted in over R10 000. I want feedback within the next 48hrs or i will take this to PSIRA
