Ordered pizza and was delivered a cardboard ROMAN'S PIZZA THREERIVERS IN VEREENIGING what a ******* service. They delivered yesterday's pizza with brown avos which were raw when calling to complain the manager gave me attitude telling I was follow the process but my money was taken with process. Wow using my money to buy recycled food.
Now i know not to use a 3rd party for a service rather go to the producer direct. After missing a payment Afrihost disconnected my internet service on the 1st of month so i said its fair no pay not internet now this month the have debited me but they tell me i owe them for last month when i was disconnected. The arrogance of the accounts department telling me I choose not to use them when they are the ones who cut me off. Imagen getting paid without work nxa.i am going to Vumatel direct
if one could put a company in the bin Telviva would be 1st to be thrown in, been dealing with their team in Johannesburg who set up meetings they do not honor 2 meetings later and they did not even bother calling to let you know what happened. After all that thinking is a branch problem called their Cape town office hoping to get better service then the worse happens, no longer dealing with just their sales team but the business development manger of all same **** different in ranks booked a meeting we cancel all our appointments to attend his guess what he was a no show and when we called him he said someone else will joint the meeting 30 minutes later he starts to ignore our calls. The problem is not an individual issue but the Telviva family!
what a reap off loaded 11 gigs for R389 for 30 days and it was gone 2 hours. Called the call center to find answers and was met with incompetence the call center agent couldnt answer simple questions and kept referring to his friends who knew nothing. To my surprise when i requested to speak to the supervisor who was close to the agent she refused to speak to me and the arrogant managers name is japhta jade. Thank you telkom for ensuring that you rob us of our hard earned money and for having arrogant idiots who forget how their salaries are generated.
Mr driver Jerry Bopape and his 4 call centre agents wasted a whole day of my business as they keep me waiting for the parcel. After a number of calls to COURIERIT to track my parcel and being told by their agents that the driver will call me to let me know what time he will get here. Not to mention the incompetent call centre agents who put me on hold while they were having a chat with their friends. Thank you COURIERIT family for an awesome service be rest assured that where ever I see your name I will look away.
<p>on the 4th of april I went to Postnet Evaton Mall to sent documents to Pretoria and to date 10 days later parcel has not yet been delieved. I have called the head office and the couldnt trace the so called track number. After paying to have my parcel delieved I still I have to pay for calls to their call centres.Thank you Postnet for ' a ****py service'. The documents were expected on friday and as a result me and my business have lost a potential contract so much for having every business solution. Sad part is we I got to the shop they were two other custumers there to complain about the same thing ja neh even post office that cost 10% of your fees are better. 10 more young people are going to be out of a job because of you! </p>
