Pathetic customer care from DSTV. They charged me for three additional premium streaming services. They blocked my account because I hadn't paid for the three packages. It has been five days since I logged this issue, and nothing has been done. I was promised that the reversal and unblocking would take 24 hours. Five days later, I still repeat myself to support agents every day!!! Honestly pathetic!!!
I have to report the pathetic and unprofessional service received from Kuilsriver Debonairs. Our order is more than 90 minutes late and when we enquired on this matter with the manager on duty, he had an extremely bad attitude and was not accommodating to our frustration and not apologetic at all. I am writing this review as I am waiting for my order, poor poor poor service!!!
I have been charged for a domain that has been canceled. I have been going back and forth with the accounts department for more than a month to receive my refund, but they keep on ignoring me and I have to contact them every day in hope of a response. This is pathetic service!!!
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I booked a take me home servoce via ABSA bank.</p> <p>S****** Angels were allocated to pick me up at the point agreed upon via ABSA call centre.</p> <p>S****** Angels did not pick me up nor have they made contact with me to inform me that they won't be making it.</p> <p>This service is totally ridiculous as i had to drive myself home under the influence after waitng a hour for S****** Angels to pick me and they simply did not pitch at all???</p>
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>For the past two months i have been complaining at Nu Metro Canal Walk to the managers and various staff memebers.</p> <p>The self service terminals do not accept my mobi tocket codes and i have to end up stan**** in long ques with people purchaseing tickets.</p> <p>I have brough this to the mananger's attention on numerous occassions and each week they give me a mediocre excuse and nothing is being done about it.</p> <p>Why are their self service terminals if they do not work???</p> <p>This is unacceptable and none of the staff at Canal Walk are doing anything to fix it or to improve the situation.</p> <p>I have laid a complaint on Nu Metro's system at the cinema as well, but have been ignored once again.</p> <p>The service at Canal Walk and more so the managers i communicated with has a shocking attitude and couldn't care less.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p>
Good day, On Monday 2 May 2016, a couple of friends and myself ventured to Buena Vista Stellenbosch, despite having received good service in prior visits, this time around was this extreme opposite. We waited no less than an hour for our food to be served, our waitress simply absconded and we were left with no service at all. A different waitress then attended to us to relieve the situation from escalating as frustration started to build up amongst the whole table. Furthermore when our food eventually arrived and we asked the waitress to explain the extreme delay, she simply just responded by saying she does not work in the kitchen. No sincerity was shown for the poor service and despite the whole delay not one apology was made by the waitress. I do have to add that after taking this matter up with the manager she showed great remorse and apologized sincerely, however the service and the attitude of the waitress attending to us at Buena Vista Stellenbosch was disgusting to say the least.
