I would like to commend you on the brilliant service I recently received from Monique. It was a fairly complicated transaction and she went above and beyond to secure our dream caravan at a favourable rate too! Dealing with Wingfield and Monique is absolutely not the same as dealing directly with the bank who view clients as simple numbers. I have developed a strong working relationship with you guys and plan to retain this for all future purchases, furthermore I will be sure to spread the word of the good work you guys are doing. Keep it up and thank you again Monique.
Terrible service experienced from this company over the last two days. I had made arrangements with the owner to collect a part this morning, only to arrive to be told the part was not ready and had to be sent away for an hour. I was told to come back at 2pm, after arriving promptly i sat waiting for 30 minutes whilst the owner arrived back at his office at 2:30. This time my part was ready, however the tyre sensor had been broken whilst removing it off another vehicle and simply glued back together. Not only is this unethical to try sell me a defective part, its dangerous. When i pointed this out to the owner, him and his female partner started screaming at me. Long story short, really poor show, i like to support small independent specialist. But will never go back to this shop again.
Another great experience with Rothans Auto`s in Cape Town! The guys went out of their way to facilitate a deal for me, highly recommend them for future car buyers!!!!
Terrible attempt at building a garden shed, nails through the roof sealed up with silicone, roof beams already sagging after 2 days, varnish splashed all over my walls. Then when i call the owner Saul he said he was to busy to come view the workmanship his guys are doing. His answer to the roof they put up and nailed holes in the wrong place was that there is no rain so its not a problem. Please do not use this company to even put up a dog house let alone a garden shed.
Months and months waiting for stock to apparently arrive from Australia only to be told its now held up due to bad weather at a harbor in South Africa for several further weeks. Really not good enough.
I have requested that a technician come to my property for weeks now, fault no 908784......still no reply?????????????????

<p>I was sold a LTE package and promissed speads of up to 150MBPS, at absolute best my line is capable of 18MBPS and ussually syncs at 9MPBS on a very good day. Totally unacceptable and your technician that was at my premisis today has also confirmed to me that the coverage area has now changed and i fall outside of this. How is this possible?</p> <p> </p> <p>Your call centre simply just cut me off when i call to ask for help.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please confirm the process of cancelling this contract UNLESS you have solution, this is not what i am paying for at all.</p>
I have used the Abella Group a number of times over the past few years on small to large projects. The team has always been on time and the work completed to high standard i have come to expect from the group. Keep it up boys!
