On 22 October I sent an email to cancel my life insurance as the house was sold in September. My premium was R103 pm. I received an email advising that someone will contact me to confirm the cancellation but no one called. Today I was more than R500 was debited from my account. I then sent an email again to cancel and a very nice lady did contact me this time. She sent me a form and told me that a form was sent to me via email on 4 November but I never completed it. I did not want to argue with her without double checking if I did not miss any email from them. After the call I checked my emails and I did not receive any form. I sent an email again to ask that the cancellation be backdated as the house was sold in September and I cannot be paying for a house I do not have. I received an email to say they cannot refund me as a form was sent to me which I did not receive. I also do not understand how the amount came to R500+. I will definitely be referring this to the ombudsman as I initiated the cancellation early but it was not processed. The company also did not assume any risk because the house is not under my name so what exactly was I covered for if they argue this.

Contacted MiWay to cancel my car insurance as I had received a better quote elsewhere. I was contacted by Kamogelo from the retention department who managed to convince me to stay with MiWay by offering me a very good deal. He was very polite, efficient and gave me great customer experience. He is definitely an asset to MiWay.
After numerous talks/calls with Miway incompetent consultants while i needed assistance regarding roadside emergency service. I was very upset to a point where i decided to cancel my policy, I contacted Miway to action this and I got through to Anathi who turned my sad face to a smile. The empathy she showed me while i was explaining my frustrations was on another level which i was not expecting at that time. She was polite, she understood why i was angry and tried her best to assist me. I also spoke to Ntokozo Mjokane who was also very helpful, investigated my query and handled it very well. In the end, I am happy with the resolution but really hoping that I will not be required to go through such lengths to get satisfactory assistance. MiWay is very lucky to have such people working for them. They gave me a very great customer experience.
The service I have received from MiWay has been pathetic, no service at all actually. It's true when they say that insurance is never there when you need it the most. After paying premiums for over 3 years I have received no joy from them at all. Their roadside assistance which is an emergency service is not treated as such. As a woman having to be stuck in the middle of no where for more than an hour waiting for a quote for the tow truck is ridiculous. I has to speak to different consultant who said they are still waiting for a quote, however, when I spoke to the driver of the tow truck when he arrive he advised that it only took less than 5 minutes for them to give MiWay a quote. Which leads to believe that my phone calls were not at all treated as an emergency. A lot could have happened while I was waiting for that quote, mind you I still had to wait for the tow truck as well. I need this escalated and someone needs to let me know if this is the best service that MiWay can provide me with. This is not the first time I had to go through this.
MTN customer service is the worst! I called in to query the debit order that went off my account and I was told about some limit increase that I apparently requested, I disputed that and requested that I be provided with proof but the consultant become defensive, became very rude, straight up refused that I speak to her manager telling me there is no manager and hung up on me. This is regarding my money and will not accept such poor service.
I cannot begin to describe how disappointed I am by the bad experience with you guys. My car broke down yesterday, called you guys for road side assistance at 19:30. I received a reference number with the name and contact details of the guy who was suppose to assist me Paulos. I called the guy and he said he knew nothing about it. While waiting for assistance I was robbed. My window was smashed, the 2 guys took all my belongings, stabbed my friend and I got away with some scratcscratches. This was around past 20:00. Had to make other plans. what's worse is after 21:30 there was still no sign of Miway and heard nothing fRom you guys. I called in and cancelled whatever call I logged. I think it will be safer to cancel my insurAnce with you guys. I cannot be paying premiums for insurance that I cannot rely on.
<p>I am so disgusted by the service I am receiving from Bradlows. I bought a bad on Saturday 08/07/2016 and was told my bed would be delivered on Monday but it wasn't. I did not get any communication regarding this I had to call in only for the manager to tell me it would be delivered later in the week, I assumed it would be Thursday/Friday. Had to call in again on 15/07/2016 and i'm now being told it would be delivered on Tuesday. It is very funny how as soon as customers walk in the store, theres consultants following them around offering assistance and even convincing you to purchase but as soon as they make the sale no one cares about your grievances. I paid cash for this bed and I expected it to be delivered within reasonable time, if not then there should be some communication. I am highly disappointed at the service, the warehouse staff acts as if it is my problem, she even hung up while I was talking to her, Pity I did not get her name.</p>
The bus driver's attitude towards some passengers is unacceptable. He listens to certain passengers when they tell him not to stop at a particular stop, he waits for them when they are running late at the expense of others. he allows those passengers to tell him what to do, which route to take which sometimes inconveniences other passengers. it is just so unfair. this has been happening for some time now. Today the bus just passed me and others by, while the driver could clearly see us.
