I didn't have an appointment as my son woke up sick, got the around 1pm 22 May 2023 I was willing to wait for more than 2 hours, while we were waiting my son vomited no rushed to assist, I'm so disappointed 😞 😔 the receptionist with lots of make up said go the nurses room, did I know where the nurse's room is at? No I didn't know.... Nurse's room does he have a file with us...I'm like he has a file no assistant none what so ever Dr attended us at 4:45pm
Ackerman's Birch acres mall 1804 shop 21B I was assisted by fikile nkosi, she was so bored assisting me she even refused to give an extra plastic bag....she said "head office doesn't ALLOW us to give customers extra plastics" I had clothes that I needed to separate as they were going to different people. To whom it may concern I went to festival mall PEP store 8711 kempton park, to make a layby. I was rudely assisted by busisiwe with blue dyed hair, she didn't greet me...everything that she did I wasn't happy at all. She asked for an identification book/card, I had my license she said NO (RUDENESS) and I was surprised because license serves as an identification as well. I had to say my ID number out loud. She conducted herself as if I owe pep, only layby that will be out within two weeks. I don't know if making a layby ****ed her off or she just like that. Tlaleng
I'm here at absa Birch acres came to open an account, Tshegofatso Regolane consultant who was assisting with opening with his tone voice I had to leave his desk....while opening there were questions asked n I couldn't understand y asked if already I have signing powers on my son's account....his tone is very rude, I honestly won't be assisted by such...
I went to Birch acres Woolworths, to buy a voucher for R120 at 14:06, the cashier's name is nombulelo, I'm shocked on my receipt the cashier's name is written as fikizolo n fikizolo....nonetheless the lady doesn't have the values of Woolworths retail store, the guy who was working next to her even reminded her to give me plastic for my voucher....I normally buy at other Woolworths like Norkem park they will wrote on my voucher n pack it nicely for me regardless of the amount. Surprised at Woolworths Birch acres, if all your staff should represent you then at Birch acres they need more training under this pandemic we still need to remind people the values of a company. Annoyed
Worst customer service Good evening, I went to your store(makro germiston) today to buy fridge n few stuff, I'm honestly not happy with customer service its beyond bad elias segwale(sales person) n cashier no 92(didn't take her name) Yes I got to the store late but it doesn't give your staff any right to treat me as customer like that, they should know when we are there to buy we deserve best customer service not acting annoyed saying out loud they will knock off at 3pm, if it means knocking off at 3pm let it be, customers are there to keep their jobs, clearly covid 19 didn't teach them anything about respecting their jobs. To the store manager training for customer service for your employees PLEASE, The sales person never bothered to explain more about the fridge nor the warranty, meaning my warranty is unlimited.... Worst customer service Absa retrenched last year, but managed to keep Tina phashake at absa greenstone, an annoyed n bored employee I have ever seen, went to absa on 11 May 2020 around 3pm This woman was bored n annoyed, to be honest why absa kept her n retrenched better staff members We are paying bank charges n expect service n standard service not extra ordinary service, She was reading emails while assisting us, coz her colleague came in n told her that she is enjoying being on emails Zanele cetywanye(sorry if I missed spelled your surname) All the best absa with unprofessional, incompetent, unfriendly and worst customer service employee.
