I am in Australia - my roaming doesn't work. I need to downgrade my package and cancel a linked number contract. I have spent 1 hour and 6 minutes on hold, being transferred & having calls dropped with the retention department on an international line. This is unacceptable. My Ref Number is: 293277301. The staff at KFC Chopin Road Vanderbijlpark absolutely made my day. I was served by Thabiso who turned my rubbish day into a sunshine day with his epic service and smile. Every staff member was doing a great job and really brightened my day. Thanks guys!
<p>I was a client at Sassy Nails for a short period. Vanessa, the owner began sending me advertising messages via WhatsApp. I asked her to take my number off her list. She said she would. Since that time, 2 years now I have asked her numerous times to remove my number from her list. Despite promises and blocking her and writing reviews in her Facebook page. She has not taken my number off her list. She simply insists she doesn't know how it is happening and that there is nothing she can do. I have reported the number to the necessary bodies and informed her, her attitude: "no problem".</p>
<p>I have been a cash paying client with MTN for 9 years. After paying my imvoice this month- MTN took it upon themselves to debit my bank account illegally and without my permission. For over a week I have spoken to 4 call centre agents, one supervisor and made one previous HELLO PETER complaint. <br />Grace- told me I would be refunded within 48 hours<br />Tsepho- gave me a different time frame and then hung up when I asked for a supervisor<br />Zanele- also gave me a different time frame and then also hung up when I asked for a supervisor<br />The guy who replied on Hello Peter never bothered to follow up or escalate the issue as promised.<br />Finally I speak to a supervisor- he promises to push and tells me I will have my money by wednesday<br />Wednesday - No Money!<br />Thursday - NO MONEY!<br />Finally I speak to Portia Rapholo - she seems eager to help and promises to escalate my refund. She actually calls me back and tries somewhat to keep me updated. She tells me there was a "problem" in the banking department but my money would be paid in THAT SAME DAY or on FRIDAY. She promises to check in to ensure that it does. <br />FRIDAY - Portia proves that NO ONE at MTN CAN KEEP their word and tells me the money will now take a further 24-72 hours to clear!!! All the while I am out of pocket and having to make other plans!! Disgusting! Disgusting! Disgusting dishonest behavior for MTN and ALL STAFF! I will not be renewing my service with you. After 18 years of loyalty to you- it's clear you don't deserve it!</p>
<p>This morning I woke up to a debit order on my MTN account of over R2000. I have been an EFT paying customer since 2008! On top of that- I have ALREADY paid my invoice via EFT this month! As a result my other debit orders from this account will now be returning as UNPAID! With a price tag of R114 per unpaid item! I have NEVER in 9 years allowed MTN to debit my bank account! Why all of a sudden this morning, after ALREADY paying my account via EFT has MTN decided to steal my money?? Because THAT is what it is. THEFT! I called the call centre and all the lovely lady Lily/Lilian could do was "cancel the debit order" after which I received a lovely SMS to say "you are now a cash paying customer". It's disgusting how you can steal my money - make me call back because there is no one to help and then make ME sort it out at the bank! Disgusting! I have been an MTN client for 18 years!!! On my current number on the best package for 9 years! With an average spend of over R1500 per month!! What has changed? Who gave you permission to TOUCH my bank account??? I am utterly disgusted to the point of leaving MTN OUT OF PRINCIPLE!</p>
<p>I have chosen STOP on every SMS Hilliard has ever sent me. Numerous smses. I have called the call centre to remove my number from the Hilliard databases! I have added my contact details to the national "DO NOT CONTACT" list- and still- without fail HOLLARD continues to send unsolicited smses to my mobile number. REMOVE ME IMMEDIATELY FROM ALL YOUR LISTS!</p>
<p>Clientele Life/ Health Insurance/ Etc sends me numerous unsolicited sms marketing messages. Despite replying STOP to each and every one of them, the messages continue to stream through. I replied YES once just so I could talk to a consultant to have me removed properly from the list. NO SUCH LUCK. Remove me from your lists and fix your system! STOP means STOP.</p>
<p>Stood 15 minutes in the first queue to enquirer about the x4month prepaid lay-bye deal on a Samsung J1. One phone in stock (of over 15on offer) asked to reserve it while we went to collect proof of residence. Return to the store confirm with the same lady what we want to do, stand in queue No.2 for 30minutes. Sit down to begin paper work and are told... "sorry, we don't do lay-byes." 45minutes after making ourselves clear from the start- only to be told you don't offer the ADVERTISED PROMOTION!! </p>
My Parcel, for which I received a tracking number (RE965022645SE) left customs on Monday, April 25, 2016 18:16:00 . For over a week now the tracking system shows it as "IN TRANSIT". IT DOES NOT take that long to get a package that has CLEARED CUSTOMS from one address in Joburg to another address in Joburg. I have called the call centre 4 times. I do not believe any one answers the phones at all ever as i held on every time until the line went dead. Despite the voice recording saying 'YOUR CALL WILL BE ANSWERED SHORTLY".
