Up to sh....t service
<p>This is what happen</p> <p> </p> <p>i book for 4 people on friday </p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday the flyt was late more then 20 min</p> <p> </p> <p>on sunday when we want to book in my son flyt number was nou where to see</p> <p>after 20 min they help as with 1 </p> <p> </p> <p>When they ask as to get on the bus the bus whent 4 times to the front and back </p> <p>in the plain we whait for 30 for the flyt number to get of </p> <p> </p> <p>At PE air port my 1 shoot case is gone the vale of it R9500</p> <p>no after i complane i hade to for for a cub (reasons my car ket and hous key was in my soot case ) that cost me R550 at my house in Jeffreys bay i had to call a lock smith to open my house</p> <p> </p> <p>how the hell is this right </p> <p> </p> <p>Whats cone happen with ny soot case </p> <p> </p>

Poor service
<p>This is the second mouth in a row that i asknthem to use my new acc</p> <p> </p> <p>That after i ohone them last month and ask them to sent me the applications papper to use new acc and after i ask my brokers to do the same </p> <p> </p> <p>And now it when of on my old acc</p> <p> </p> <p>Whatbte hell do i have to do to get you to use my new acc</p> <p> </p> <p>For f sake use my new acc and sort out this problem </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Poor feed back
<p>After 6 week i still got my apple phone after i ask them to take this s**** back</p> <p> </p> <p>That te hell do you have to do </p> <p> </p> <p>you have to walk 10000 step a day. Swak bestuur en net f swak diens
<p>Ek was saam my vrou vir die eerste up grade na 3 weke en na ons hulle moes wys hoe die f goed werk het ons ons foon </p> <p> </p> <p>on was 2 en halfe weke terug daar na daar gese was hulle stuur die foon in 10 dea na haar werk toe. Het hulle nie. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ek gaan vandag na die k plek net om te weer te hoor niemand het n f se idea wat te hell aan gaan </p> <p> </p> <p>Dis f swak dat julle n bestuur het wat mense in poste sit wat nie n hel weet wat om te doen nie. </p> <p> </p> <p>For or god sake kan julle die f shop uit sort </p> <p> </p> <p>When you phone they don't answer there phone </p>

Not doing there work

Steeling
<p>I sent a pack to Johannesburg 5 day laters i have to phone to ask wher i my pack. Then they tell me they will sent out the driver </p> <p>And 5 days after thet i have to phone again to hear that they still got the pack. Then they tell me that the place dont want to take back the package. And i have to pay for the peaking with i did then 4 days later i phone again then tey tell me that they still got the peaking and they did ask the owner but the owner dont want to take it back. Then tey sent me back the peaking the they want me to pay almost R5.00 more. Then the owner of 4 access call me and ask me when will he get the park. </p> <p>Then the next day Time freight driver stop and tell me he got my part. </p> <p> </p> <p>So i paid R700 for the unprofessional of time freight and no i have to pay again so that they can take it back to the palce </p>

Poor decisions with out customars info

Costing my company a losts of money
<p>12 week before i move my business to new premises i ask them i want to use my old number the reasons is we use the number for 14 years </p> <p>as i went in 2 days later they sent out n man to fit new lines just to find out the they did not use my old number </p> <p> </p> <p>the mamanegr the sale dont now waht to to its a week and and they dont phone me if i phone i have to tel the same f story over and over the person that supposed to help you are so dum they dont now whate hell is first and last</p>
