This is so upsetting , I purchased a dartboard and dartboard cabinet on the 05/06/2025, the items were delivered on the 06th Yesterday on the 11th June , we decided to mount both items at my place of work, just to find out the there were no darts in the box and there were meant to be bonus darts to, all gone The box itself was dilapidated, taped up, this could either be a customer return THERE ARE SCRATCHES AND SCUFF MARKS ON THE BOARD, At 01st I thought the courier company could have removed the darts and re-taped the box, but because the board itself seems like it was used, this may have landed up on the shelf not realizing it possibly could be a return, I have emailed Makro for an exchange or if I could go to my nearest Makro store to exchange, no response, pics and my proof of purchase was sent to them, I paid a lot of money to get **********

I called Citiq customer service 10min ago and the consultant pretended he could not hear me and cut the call, now that there are issues with the Meyers Citiq are unable to assist their clients, I manage 20meters through Citiq and I must say this is the worst service ever , the whattapp messages are not responded to since last week, then you have these rude consultants who hang up on you because its probably ebd of shift
Received from pnp asap on the 31/10, still no credit, yeah it's R39.99 ice-cream but it's the principal, there are so many unhappy customers and u guys don't give a dam, go to checkers 60min, they will show you what customer care is all about, disgusted at the service and the lies u guys post,my apologies blah blah,u don't gv a damn of your customers and should b ashamed of yourselves, "automated response from PNP"....
