Hi I cancelled my line rental and ADLS line from telkom on the 30TH of October 2017, Which means that I had to pay for November which is fine but then you took another R624 rand from my account in December Now that I want the money back that you so easily took from my account after it was canceled there is issues saying that there must be 30 working days before it gets canceled . That is so wrong Attached is 2 documents stating that it only takes 20/21 Business for the cancellation process. So I want someone to assist me with this situation to rectify the problem and debit my cash back into my account ASAP. my reference number is ********** 7
Since the 15th of august and i still do not have my Phone that I ordered, No one is calling me back, No one is doing anything about this order. I have emailed a Lady Lebohang on sales Direct and also spoke to a Nosipho Khozaand no reply. Just telling me they are busy with my order. So MTN tells you it would take 3 to 10 working days to get your parcel, That is a lie, I have been waiting 15 days already and still they don'g get it sorted out. They gave me a order number but that number doesn't even exist on their system, How the hell does that happen? I am getting so sick of them and best of all is that I can't even cancel the order!!! I Have Hello petered them 2 weeks ago and some Alice van der Merwe called me and said it will be sorted out. This is my account number A ********** . Please if someone can just call me and tel me exactly what is going on and when will i get my phone
I had a fight with MTN because my package isn't being delivered, It turns out that DSV is the problem. My order number is ********** 303 It has been 10 days since my order was placed from MTN and this people haven't even replied or got in contact with me. If this is what a courier company is doing then i don't even know why they are in the business, I had **** with vodacom that they are not doing their job and then with MTN and now its the Courier company, Can this please just get sorted out.
I had all this **** with vodacom and now mtn as well. I emailed a lady Lebohang, who is dealing with my online contract and she doesn't reply to my emails. She said a courier company will deal with me but still after 9 working days i still didn't hear anything from them. This in really unacceptable, I understand they have a courier but then they are least suppose to keep you up to date but nothing, Ignoring a clients email shows me that you don't want my business but only my money. I went from vodacom to MNT because i wanted a Cell provider who will be able to keep their customers happy but absolutely nothing.
<p>So I opened up a new contract at vodacom the 10th August, So today (14th August ) when I finaly got my phone I realised they gave me the wrong phone, I wanted the Xperia XZ Premium and what I got was the Xperia XZ. They said they will call me back and I stil havent heard anything from them. It is almost close of business so that means they will only sort this out tomorrow which means im being chaged for something that i dont even have, Realy unacceptable</p>
<p>So the hole day i have been on the phone with telkom and mweb to upgrade my adls line from a 2mbps line to a 10mbps line and finaly when telkom did their part i called mweb 6:45pm to ask them to upgrade my data line to a 10meg.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then they send me trough to sales and the call goes through but no one is speaking and i can hear people talk in the background meaning that they are not only not doing their job but also waisting my airtime! So when i called again i coudnt get through to sales anymore so i was forced to call technical support to ask if they can upgrade my line from me and they say no its past 7. (IT WAS 7:05pm and they cant help me so obviosly they do not want my money so I wil be nice and leave this incompetent service and go to someone who wil assist me in the FUTURE!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have always been a supporter for mweb but this today has just ****ed that for me. I Even emailed Bramwell barnes today ( the sales person who usualy help me) and he emails a Nigel Karra, asking him to help this client (ME) ugently and gues what, no email or phone call at all. Showming me once again that my money is only good when it fits them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can't wait to hear from them</p>
<p> Where do I start...</p> <p>So for some reason my debit order limit is on R500 a month, How the **** must I Pay R1070 for my first month if I have a limit on my account. Now they turned of my internet after 3 months of a stuggle to keep my account online and up to date. Telkom promised me that they will not turn of my internet because they messed up but guess what!? They where suppose to update my Account so that my limit was increased to pay the outstanding ammount. But that also didn't happen. So now I must pay an extra R300 to activate my account because they are incompetent. So I went to Telkom but gues what. They are closed 3:00 PM. So now I cant pay anything and I cant go online to pay a EFT because i must register and it takes 3-4 working days meaning I must now wait til next week to get all my affairs in order. Telkom i wish you did not exist. Give me a call back and get your standerts up to date!!!</p>
<p> So any person that ever dealt with Telkom has complained about their service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently moved to a new residance, and wanted a ADSL & Normal Telkom rental line installed. All areas around us has more than 4mb p/s lines accept our street which is only 2mb p/s. (Don't understand how that is possable)</p> <p> </p> <p>So I went to telkom and made a booking for my installation and everything was going fine, My booking was on the 4th of may 2016. On th 4th of May I took of at work to be home when they arive, and they never pitched. So I went to telkom in Keywest to find out what was going on? The lady said she wil call me on the 5th of may with a awnser. So the next moring i recieve a call from telkom telling me that they wil install the lines that same moring, I was happy but then the installer said that the cables underground is not working so they wil not be able to install my lines until they have fixed that problem and that it would take 3-5 working days to fix it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Saterday they arived at my house to fix the underground lines and to find out if my lines is working, once again I was happy beacause they came to fix my problem, and the gentelman said that someone wil come that day or next morning to install my ADSL and rental lines. Gues what? No one pitched.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is monday the 9th of May and I havent heard anything from telkom. I got a message to tell me they will "Install" my lines tomorrow the 10th of May. ( As if i haven't heard that before) So it takes them 7 days to install lines since the day it was originaly booked.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so sick of telkom and all their excuses and just wish to get the service that I diserve</p>
