My boyfriend keeps getting these peoples products and they debit his credit card every month. The both of us have sent emails cancelling the orders, but they just keep sending and debiting his credit card. These people dont acknowledge the emails and the phone nr of ********** 111 does not exist. Can someone HELP here?????
Just the other day i placed a complaint regarding RCS and i received apology letters from all 3. But i am still receiving harassment calls at work and this is after i have explained that i am close to loosing my job over these phone calls. RCS wants me to be under debt review which i have applied for, but they still have the damn cheek to call me at work. I am not happy. They need to stop phoning me. If i loose my job, then how will they receive any payment??? They must consider this.
After telling RCS whether RCS Laons, RCS Game & RCS Makro that i under debt mdiation with Credit Rescue and after Credit Rescue sending the relevant documents to all account departments they have not put it on their system that i am under debt mediation. They call me constantly and no one is doing their job at the account departments. Each time they call me, they charge me R20 so my account will never be paid at that rate. I have even told them that i am close to loosing my job due to their harassment but they keep phoning. I am hoping that this is the last straw.
I have been under debt mediation with Credit Rescue since August 2017, but i keep getting phone calls from debtors. I have asked numerous times via email for help as Credit Rescue was meant to send RCS a letter and i was meant be CC'd in the email but they have done nothing. Are they just taking my money and not paying my account on my behalf? Its the 5th December and i got a sms from Makro saying that my account has not been paid. Credit Rescue is no help.
I applied to be under Debt Mediation with Credit Rescue, and i havent received any kind of proof of what payments have been made to my creditors or even letters stating that i am under debt mediation, so i called the HO and to my shock, i was informed that that installment i paid on the 25 August 2017 was for admin and legal fees. When i applied, i asked about that and i was told that their fees are included in the installment which can be anything from R50-R100 depending on my installment. So practically, my debts will not be paid and i will be in more trouble/debt than what i was before. I was misinformed about this whole thing. If i knew, i wouldve stuck it out being in debt at least the accounts were being paid. I am not happy with this at all
In August last year (2016) i had a call from Platinum Life. I was told that i would be receiving a gift from them. To date, i never received anything. Then last week, August 2017 i got a call again from Platinum Life and spoke to an Esmerelda who also told me about a gift to the value of R500 i will be receiving. She told me quite a bit about the policy and she wanted my banking details, which i told her i will not give out until i have read through all the documents and have agreed. A few days ago, she called again and asked me for my banking details, to which i told her that i have not received anything from Platinum Life. She said she needed the banking details for in case i get cancer within these 6 months, they need to pay out. I told her not until i have received anything from her and until then, she must forget about me and i put the phone down. Who in their right mind would just give out their banking details without receiving documents to read. And plus NO GIFT that was promised.
<p>On the 23 June 2017 i received a call from the Call Centre asking when am i paying for my account at FNB again. I landed up putting the phone down as i dont think they have the right to call me on my work number. Then yesterday just before 4h30, being the 27 June 2017, they called me again on my work number and i asked them to call me on my cell phone which they didnt do, and they called again on the office line.</p> <p>This is harrassment as i pay every month without fail and now they are phoning me for my next payment. They have NO RIGHT!!! Thye need to take my phone numbers off of their system. They must phone people who dont pay and leave the ones who do pay alone. Its very annoying to get these calls during office hours.</p>
<p>I ordered items online and one of the items were incorrect, or shall i say probably falsely advertised.</p> <p>I had the item sent back and i have received the "new" item today and its the same as what was sent back. (see images)</p> <p>The item was supposed to have a "pencil case" included and the 4 permanent markers are NOT permanent but normal markers that rub off of my hand. Now permanent is supposed to remain.</p>
