Game Westgate, We've being there last week for a washing machine that was advertised and on special, when we got there we were informed that there is no stock , today I did an enquiry about a gas stove and a washing machine that is advertised on special at Game , I enquire at Game Westgate , I got a call back from them they DON"T HAVE STOCK AGAIN, they do however have stock at the warehouse , and they will deliver sometime next week at a delivery fee of R311. So now HOW is this my fault that they don't have stock on advertised specials , why do I have to wait for the products make arrangements for delivery and PAY and additional R311.00 delivery fee, when I could have gotten this at the store and took it home at no fee at all?? Your service is REALLY bad , how can you advertise stock and then just say sorry no stock???
Yesterday we thought of trying out Domino's Pizza Wilrogate .. we were sooo surprised they give such excellent service, well done guys, they keep you up to date with your delivery and they delever warm awesome pizza's in no time at all, this is our Pizza place from now on. Great service thank you.. thank you
FNB promise you a Monthly account fee for R105 a month,,, but they don't tell you...they charge you a service fee every time you draw money so you think you have money in the bank then they have taken it for fee's they charge you a service fee at the end of the month and a Cash Withdraw fee,, when this people are done with all the fees you have no money left... people should really considder before opening an account with FNB. Rather chose a different bank as they really only charge you what they tell you they will charge you!!
All I want is for MTN to forward me my account bill via e-mail every month, because I am unable to get into the internet or to download it from an sms as they are sending it to me, I have send mails and then I get a mail with all the steps on how to log onto the internet I only click on the link and then I get an error immediatly , really guys just send me my freaken statement in order for me to be able to print it or to look at it how hard can it be, it's being more than 3 months that I am trying to get this from you , how can you be so useless, either you just ignore me or you send me stuff i allready know IS NOT WORKING for me..
Food lovers market advertised the week of the 28th February on tv and adverts that you get a fire fan when you buy bricketts or charcoal, when I got home from the Hillfox store I realised that I did not get this fan and I did not see any fans standing anywhere where you can take one, so I emailed Hillfox branch and head office , head office emailed me with a reply saying Hillfox will contact me, I've being to the store on the 28th of February and up to date I have not heard a word from them , not a sorry or NOTHING... this guys service stink
I am very discusted with Dr De Klerk the dentist that have being in Witpoortjie for ages, I have done my fillings in October/November , medical aid only paid R300.00 and I had to pay R1000.00 out of my own pocket it's now Feburary both the fillings came out and one of my tooth broke , now I can't get it fixed because your medical aid does not pay for the same tooth if it's within a year.. I told the dr to pullout the tooth but as allways she does not pullout tooth, when I phoned this morning the receptionist was very rude she just said Imust make another appointment, when I asked if I will have to pay for it again she said , I don't know, so what she is saying is that i will have to go back and pay this dentist AGAIN to try and fix her mess. I will never ever go back to her ever in my life, I am so duscussed can't believe people can rob you out of your money like this.
Normally the Uber guys are very friendly but yesterday it was a lady who picked up my daughter , when my daughter got into the car the lady asked my daughter , if she saw from where she's coming, to pick her up and drop her off for such a small distance, then she told my daughter she could have walked... and when she dropped her off she asked her and whom are you visiting here, my daughter informed her that she lives here. It's about 1kilometer from school to our house , but it is still to dangerous for a girl to walk alone, is this not why there is an Uber? why did she had to be so rude? I thought Uber is for all rides if it's 1km or 100km?
<p>I got a new debit card because my old one expired but first time I used ive being so embarrest because when I swiped my card it said wrong pin , I draw money at an ABSA and went back to the bank the next day, I am now able to swipe my card but I still can't draw money at a FNB , I am ONLY able to draw money from other banks like standard bank and ABSA and Nedbank but I have an FNB card and every time i draw money it cost me Between R70 and a R100 I mean REALLY I have a freaken FNB card what mess up did you do with these new cards you are playing with my money and my time you mess up and I have to pay this is so not funny or is this now the latest money making scheme. How many time do I still have to go to the bank is it still a system problem with the new card or is your staff not knowing what they do?? Fix your freaking stupid problem , do you not test your "new" stuff before you give it to your clients? and now we have to pay for your stupidity ... get your stuff sorted and stop playing for your customers time and money!!!!</p>
<p>When my husband upgraded he CLEARLY asked for the the shop assistant to add a limit so when the data is finish on his account that he will NOT be able to use more data and that he will have to load airtime but today I suddenly saw that there was NO limit added to this account as we asked for instead of the accont to be R589 a month we paid R1924.70 in September and end November the accoun is R1500.00 when we went to MTN now the guy told me the limit is an extra R1000 but if you how did you in anycase got to R1924 if the contract is only R589??You people are robbing your customers and I refuse to pay all this money I am stopping the debit order and I will see how much extra I feel like paying every month you can not just go on robbing people and we have to just pay and pay and pay the whole time, I will not your customer service is bad bad bad and as the guy behind the counter said today, the sales guy will just say there was nothing asked for. This is now the latest way to make money from MTN please be carefull people rather go to Vodacom atleast they are honest.</p>
<p>I did shopping last Saturday my first slip declined and then the retailer swiped again , the cashier infomed me to keep the declined slip as FNB does take the money ,so yes the payment went off twice from my account allmost R3000.00 , twice) the retailer said I must give it a few hours sometimes the bank fix it by itself , BUT they didn't when I phoned the bank I spoke to a lady and she was really rude, she told me to listen as she still is busy to explain , whats to explain , when I phoned again the guy on the other side just want to give me sell phone banking REALLY you are STEALING my money , I am not in the mood for more bad service,,, I feel like just stopping my account and let every one know what bad service FNB really give.FNB took my money in a few seconds and now I have to wait for them to investigate and do what ever and maybe I will get my money back in 7DAYS REALLY I have made a lot of phone calls , the retailer informed the bank to put the money back on Tuesday allready , nothing happend I went to the Constantia Kloof branch with the refrence number they just filled in forms and told me to wait ,you are playing with my money and I don't like it. All this is YOUR fault not mine but I must suffer and wait and stress.. REALLY what happend to good customer services?? I want my money back without ANY stories you are waisting my money and time , you messed up and I have to try and beg and pray that you give my money back...</p>
