Good morning, I wonder if you are able to clarify something for me. The Romans Pizza in Florentia still has the any two large pizza (single topping) advertised for R99.00. It is advertised on the till slip and on a massive banner outside the store. So on Friday we go to order this special only to be told that the special is no longer valid. Even though we went on the 1st November and the slip says the promo is from 17th September - 31st October i fail to understand why they still have the special advertised. Is this their way to lure people into the shop only to make them spend more money? The cashier was unapologetic and the store was super busy. So how many people fell into this trap? I am very frustrated and do not think this is right. If a promo ends or you have price change...the menu boards and adverts need to be changed accordingly and should correspond with the pricing on the till. Romans cannot advertise on price and charge another price. It is unethical. I look forward to hearing from you.
Purchased Chicken loaf for R26.04 on 13/06/2019. When i wanted to use it this morning the product had expired on the 03/06/2019. That is 10 DAYS past it's expiry date!!! I have the product and the till slip. Really disgusted!
The service in the New Reduth Square branch is appalling to say the least. When you walk in the front of house staff are not in uniform. Not one of them, they are all wearing casual clothes. At the counter, as a customer, you have to greet the cashier because they clearly don't feel that they need to do this as part of their job. The store was not busy! There were 2 or 3 other couples in the store when we arrived. We placed our order for 2 x Rump Schwarma and 1 x Potato wedges. I told the cashier the one was to have no onion and asked how long the order would take. I was told 10-15 min. After close to 25min I asked if they could please check to see how far the order was from done. The attitude i received from the cashier was shocking. I was going to cancel my order and ask for a refund but then received my food. I spoke to what I can only assume is the manager (he does not belong anywhere near customers) and tried to tell him my concerns. I was dismissed by him because all he did was look at me with a smug look on his face. No apology or anything. I left feeling really upset. The cherry on the cake was getting home and the one specific thing i asked for was on the food.. THE ONION. My hubby was unable to eat his meal as a result and after the reception i got from all the staff including the manager in the store there was no way i was going back there. How are you going to resolve this matter? Order no 14 / 26/06/2018 @ 18:08

Good morning,

On Friday 4 November 2016 @ 19:42 I went to purchase KFC for my family. Upon arriving at the drive thru I was greeted by a cahier who was not friendly. I placed my order and was told that there is no patties for the small burgers (from the Ka-Ching menu). I then asked her what the next smallest burger would be on the menu, she advised it would be the Crunch burger and asked her how much it would cost. She said R 19.90 so I changed my original order to the Crunch burger. Then she told me that there is not lettuce in stock. Feeling a little frustrated by now I told her to proceed with the burger. I then placed the order for the Fully Loaded Box meal and asked for a Coke Light which she said was also not in stock. So the burger from the Fully Loaded Box meal also did not have lettuce. I also ordered a ice-cream cone for my son which she never even bothered to ring up. Please take note that the price she gave me for Crunch burger was incorrect.

When I got to the window to collect my order I was told to go park and they would bring me my order. Everyone in front of me was sent to go park and wait.

When we got home, to add insult to injury, the food was lousy. The burgers were dry, the chicken from the Fully Loaded Box meal was oily and salty.

This was the worst encounter I have ever had with KFC.

1. Incorrect information

2. Poor service

3. Out of stock on numerous menu items

4. Poor quality food

I have the photos and till slip shiuld you require them.

I await your reply. Please kindly contact me VIA email ONLY. I am not able to take calls during the day.

To cut a long store short OUTSURANCE will rob you the second they have a chance. I have been with them for a few years, not once having to claim for any accident while insured by them. My claim, payment and track history is absolutly perfect with them. So yesturday I called them to find out a quote on insurence for when i move later in the month but much to my horrific dismay all i had to do was advise them i was divorced and my premium went up by around R200.00.... ONLY because i am DIVORCED. Can someone explain how my marital status affects my premium. I spoke to a senior supervisor who promised to call me back before 12pm today to resolve this. It is 15:56 and still no phone call. So now when i phone to try to reach this "senior supervisor" they can not see her name on my policy record... But all calls are recorded.. I am so super disgusted by this level of service!

This is not the first, second or even third time I am complaining about the same problem. I bought a Lip-Ice (Bubblegum) and the texture is very grainy. This is horrible and feels terrible on your lips. I am not sure what the issue is as i am possitive this is a manufaturing problem but it needs to be rectified. This problem has been on and off for years and still no solution?? I feel this is such a wase of money to buy a product that is sub-standard. Please advise.
