These people are ****mers. I have lodged a complaint with the NCC and I will be taking it forward.
Mondo, on Vodacoms orders, called me to upgrade my contract. The agent explained the upgrade, I asked whether it includes minutes and she said yes. She also said that I will be receiving a copy of the contract (via email or sms) that I will sign and if I do not sign then it will not be valid. I have 48 hours to sign it. I received no contract to sign but it was actioned and my contract was upgraded on vodacoms systems. Further, what I am receiving each month, is not what the agent discussed. I have requested a copy of the contract, vodacom said I must go in store to hear the call. But, if I am not happy with what I hear and I want a copy, I cannot get a copy; I have to get a legal team to request it. I have been with Vodacom for 20 years and I will not spend another month with them from this point forward.

Yaga can be great, but there are hit and miss cases. My issues is the lack of follow up by yaga. There are alot of ****mers on yaga, who sell counterfeit items or misleading items. I have reported a handful of sellers, and spoken to other people on yaga who were had similar iteractions with the same ********* ****mers, and they are still on yaga. Yaga has not removed them, even after 5 or 6 incidents that were made known to them. I have requested a break down of yagas' policy regarding these incidents and how they go about investigating it and potential outcomes, and they have not responded to me.
Ram's internal processes are awful. They came to pick up something from me and they want a waybill. I work from home and do not own a printer, but now I must go to a store and pay to print a waybill? I have used courier guy multiple times and they do not ask for this, they are happy with you just writing the waybill number on the packet. I asked the driver why they can't print it... apparently they don't have printers?? Are you kidding me. He said it will get lost, even if I write the waybill number on the package. How bad is the management and oversight here. You guys are useless.
I love bobshop, but their insistence to use Ram couriers as an option is ill-advised and outrageous. Ram will not pick up your parcel if it does not have a waybill attached (I do not own a printer and I work from home). I have used courier guy multiple times and they do not ask for this, they are happy if you just write the waybill on the packet. I actually plan to move away from bobshop because of this.
This is the worst security company ever. I have used them for 5 years, never called for armed response once in those 5 years, and now I want to cancel as I have been ****** and ADT is useless. I paid for this alarm system and now they want to remove it, claiming that it belongs to them. I have requested m contract and a copy of the invoice I paid when I joined to confirm who it belongs to. It has been 4 weeks and I have had to call in multiple times. They are dragging their feet on the cancellation while I sit at home and get ******. So now I cannot do anything until they give me a copy of my contract, that I requested 4 weeks weeks ago. I am sitting in a house with no alarm system and the inability to upgrade, leaving me at risk as I have been ****** recently and want to switch to another company. I cannot upgrade the current alarm system until it is confirmed who owns it. These people are ***********.
They bill you R25, but it is a subsciption, which they do not make you aware off, which then bills you R550 the next day, after 24 hours, if you do not cancel.
I requested a quote for car insurance on their app, as I already have a policy with them. I indicated that one of the vehicles that I want to insure does not have a tracker. I was then contacted by a tracking company to inform me that they were made aware that my vehicle does not have a tracking device and they would like to offer me one. I asked them how were they made aware, they said 'we have a database'. A database of information coming from Miway, clearly. This was only quote I requested. Did I authorise miway to give out my vehicle information? I did not take the vehicle insurance nor did I sign anything to give consent to this nor did I verbally give consent. Did they give out my address too? My ID number? This is a breach of the popi act. They cannot be trusted with your information.
