I have called The Courier Guy at least 4 times since Monday, and all times I have been told that there was a mix up/issue with my delivery and that it is sent back to the warehouse but will be delivered immediately (this is Monday all the way until today- still same issue). My patience is running quite thing because everyone from the call centre keeps lying to me. The warehouse is in Germiston, I live in Kempton Park. My son needs these textbooks for school, can you please sort this out ASAP!
I am very disappointed in FNB. I have a personal loan with them and had been in arrears due to financial constraints. I had made arrangements to pay the arrears off and I am now back to paying normal installments. FNB had handed over my account to Barrett & Associates, who even after I have sent countless emails indicating that I have paid off my arrears and tried to contact them have not responded to me. I went back to the FNB collections department who are now telling me that they cannot do anything about it if it’s handed over. Can you PLEASE sort it out. I am debited for the monthly instalments AND by your lawyers who have not communicated with me. Reference number FNBPE321066
Can Vodacom please explain to me why I am invoiced for R1200 for content I have never subscribed to??I made a call to them yesterday and the lady gave me a reference number 1-35224210242340 and mentioned I will receive a call from their investigation team to resolve the issue.To my surprise this morning I woke up to an sms that reads my query has been CLOSED. I'm not sure how when I have not received a call or update on whether they have resolved it! Please sort it out! I have called a number of times only to get the automated "our lines are busy". Can FNB please explain to me why I have R450 debited from my account for #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS??? This makes no sense, and now I am getting charges everyday for these!!! I am really disappointed with Mr D. I have been a loyal customer and their service has left a lot to be desired in the past few days- I have had food not delivered to me twice in a space of a week. I think I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on.
