Exceptional service
I bought 2 PS4 games yesterday from this company and same day they informed me it was collected by the courier company. Today my items were delivered, I have honestly never seen service like this and believe me I buy a lot from online companies, keep up the good work! I will keep ordering.

Bad customer service!
I am very disappointed with the service I received from Takealot. I ordered a few items which were supposed to be delivered on the 26th of November, then they said one of the items was damaged and they were going to be delivered on the 30th. Then they said my parcel was lost in transit. I finally cancelled my order with them on the 04th after calling them every day and being taken from pillar to post.

Bad Service from FNB!
FNB is such a bad bank! I paid up my credit card long ago but on credit bureaus it is still showing that I am owing them. I called them to rectify this and they told me to write an email to fnbcard. I wrote 5 emails and this has still not been rectified. I just called them and was on the line for 30 minutes being taken from pillar to post and I have still not been assisted. I am beyond frustrated with this bank and can't wait to close my account with them!!!

Excellent customer service
Honestly the best ever online purchasing experience. Ordered my item on Saturday and on Tuesday it was in my house. Cheryl is the best with her excellent customer service. Will be buying again!

Excellent service Takealot
I just wanted to take a moment and appreciate Takealot, these guys are the absolute best! They deliver earlier than promised, expected quality and the service and staff are excellent. I have ordered so many things from them including things to my Parents in another province. My friends have also been ordering from them also, no complaints, only compliments! Same service! Keep up the good work guys!!!

<p>In February I got an LTE from representatives of Telkom who misrepresented the product to me. I was given the impression that the device was a wireless when in fact you need to plug it in order to use it. I never ever used this product and immediately informed telkom mobiole that this is not the device I was looking for. That is when my problems s****ed. I was sent from pillar to post, I even went to 2 Telkom mobile shops in order to cancel this contract and I was turned away. Telkom has been debiting my account despite knowing very well that I didn't want this device and wasn't using it. I'm beyond mad as I am struggling financially. I am gonna report this to the public protector and the consumer council as well. Telkom needs to stop using sell direct , cancel my contract and stop debiting my account!</p>
