I am extremely disappointed with SunBet’s lack of response regarding what I believe to be a very serious security breach on my account. I have now logged two separate support tickets, and four days later, I have received no response, no acknowledgment, and no assistance. First Ticket: #Ref: 2463601 (Sun, Nov 16 – 4 days ago) Second Ticket: #Ref: 2476622 (Tue, Nov 18 – 2 days ago) Both were submitted to report suspected *****ulent betting activity on my SunBet account, and the silence is unacceptable for an issue of this nature. Incident Summary On 15 November 2025, at 19:47:52, I made a withdrawal and my remaining active balance at that time was R1,582.23. When I logged in the following morning, I found that my remaining balance had been completely depleted through a series of bets I did not place. Suspicious Betting Activity Recorded Date: 16 November 2025 Time: Between 09:06 and 09:16:27 Game: Rainbow Jackpots Power Lines Estimated Total Bets: 261 bets in ±10 minutes Breakdown of stakes: Stake 1: 20 bets Stake 2: 10 bets Stake 4: 10 bets Stake 10: 85 bets Stake 20: 126 bets Stake 50: 10 bets This rapid, high-volume pattern is not consistent with my typical play behaviour, and I was not logged in at the time these bets occurred. Actions Already Taken Changed my password immediately Reviewed all my devices (all use secure, encrypted connections) Confirmed no one else has access to my login or devices Request for Investigation I requested SunBet to urgently investigate, specifically asking for: Device type used Browser/app used IP address or geolocation Login timestamps preceding the bets These details are crucial for determining how unauthorized access was obtained. Lack of Response It is now four days since my first ticket, and SunBet has not acknowledged or responded to either of my support requests. For a licensed betting operator handling financial transactions, this level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable. Complaint about Hollywood Bets – *****ulent Access and Unauthorized Withdrawal My Hollywood Bets account was breached, and a *****ulent withdrawal was made without my consent. I am writing to raise awareness and formally log my dissatisfaction with how the situation was handled. 🧾 Details & Timeline: *****ulent Number Used: 081 312 9745 Date of Incident: Evening of 2nd March 2025 After placing a few bets earlier in the day, I logged back into my account later in the evening intending to place more. To my shock, I found that my account balance was zero. Upon reviewing the transaction history, it showed that I had requested a 1Voucher withdrawal — something I absolutely did not authorize. For context: I always use encrypted browsing. I received an SMS at 9:40 PM on 2nd March notifying me of a cellphone number change. I contacted support at approximately 12:20 AM on 3rd March immediately after noticing the issue.

Yesterday after seeing some suspicious transactions I noticed a trail of *****ulent transactions from my Mr D app from dated back from the 3rd of August till this Morning this is the only place the card details were stored and there were no traces of transactions on my app only reason I was alerted to this was the payment notifications I have since blocked my card and opens a case of ***** with my bank but I am still trying to figure out just how this compromise happened I am also form Cape Town and saw a similar complain about this so I'm not sure if the leak is only here
On Sat, Jan 20, 4:00 AM (5 days ago) from today I deposited my member account everything went through as per normal except my account was not credited I reached out to the website's online chat support and sent off all the details required Dean Account Number Cell ID number and Proof of Payment I was told the matter would be resolved and has been assigned to the correct department Just to make sure I also pop their support email the details with my query as per their website hwhelpline@hollywoodbets.net I was given a ref and told they were experiencing an issue with payments but the matter would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours original ticket ref 20778949 I let 2 days pass and still no credit or communication from Hollywoodbets just an automated reply with a new ref 20826460 I reached out one final time yesterday after still not hearing anything because at this point I would much rather start the refund process based on the quality of their support just to receive yet another automated ref reply last ref 20850785 As someone that works in the technology space, i understand that sometimes these things happen and it's out of one's control but communication is key you can't expect the customer to keep following up and receive automated responses but not progress or signs there of
Had a rocky start but I work in tech so after a few deep breaths I know sometimes these things happen after being close to throwing in the towel spoke to a quality support person on their shout-out to Nick who remained calm and got the ball rolling again its been nothing but satisfactory since Nick got involved to keep up the great work sir and if your boss reads this you need more people like this in your business, especially on the client-facing side

On the Nov 8, 2020 10:52 am I ordered RETAY XR (INCLUDES 10 ROUNDS OF AMMUNITION AND A WAIST HOLSTER) × R3 184.00 and 50 pack of blank ammo MAXXTech 9mm P.A.K Blank Cartridges R900.00 My Order is 408 with a total cost of R4 393.00 Its now December the 14th 2020 well over a month of empty promises after many phone call , emails , WhatsApp's and Facebook messages later nothing to show I have not received the items I ordered or any concrete dates where these orders would be fulfilled nor Have they responded to my request for refund because at this point I don't want to deal with them any longer This is just to warn anyone considering doing business with them to be careful the experience will leave you bitter and with not refund in site your throwing your money down the drain In the end its sad that Business that operate like this get away with treating the average consumer like they treated me I just hope this review saves the next person
Before ordering i made sure to ask if there was available stock and also the maximum time the order would take if immediate payment was made 7 days was the promise Its not been more then a month long of empty promises turned to complete auto generate messaging on all support lines To date i have been bugging for a truthful answer on the status of my order I ordered a RETAY XR (INCLUDES 10 ROUNDS OF AMMUNITION AND A WAIST HOLSTER) WAIST HOLSTER: WAIST HOLSTER @ R3 184.00 and 50 pack of ammo MAXXTech 9mm P.A.K Blank Cartridges @ R900.00 plus shipping giving the order total of @R4 393.00 on Nov 8, 2020 10:52 am To date I have not received a tracking number or any real indication of when the order will be processed in fact they have plain stopped responding to my queries about the status of my order I have sent appeals for a refund request but also not response or communication around this I have been as patient as can be expected there service has been a -5 star experience please beware of them
