I keep getting messages to pay duties for products bought on TIMU, I paid the duties sent them proof of payment, worst of all one cannot email the department to sent proof of payment,
I've been a customer for almost 2 years now, i had noticed that my account was debited with an increased amount of R196, called to find out why and was inform that i had been sent a policy update, so i checked my email and found the notification, but no documents indicating the amended policy details, we are instructed to get all amended policy info from the website or cellphone app, which i i think BS, if you are increasing my policy you need to email me an updated policy, so i can see first hand weather it is viable or okay for you to increase my policy. Last week Wednesday i logged a claim 3151237 received an SMS saying my claim will be handled by Dominic Madlala, today Tuesday 31st I follow up, only to be told claims only get logged 7 days after. For you take my money and increase my policy without the correct notification is BS, i'll find someone else who wants my money and give me the service i need.
On Friday 18th Nov i done a cash send to a friend. On Sunday i was informed that he did not receive the funds, his statement indicated that the money had been withdrawn already. I logged a call on Monday 20th, gor a ref: and was told that they would have to balance the ATM, since then i have not been contacted. I need to know what is happening please

I bought a new Crucial 480GB SSD, came home the device does not work, this is such huge inconvenience and disappointment as i just returned a faulty WD500 GB ssd today, please ,can someone call me urgently to swap out this faulty drive, I'm prepared to drive back to the collections to hand back and get a replacement. I need this SSD as i have projects to complete.

I bought a 4 channel CCTV DVR on the 22nd June, firstly the product I received was not the product as advertised by Takealot, I received a Jorton system instead that looks completely different, I never complained about it, and could have returned it, after a month of saving up some money to have the system installed, the technician informed us that the 1 camera was faulty, not only was the camera faulty but the inside connection of the VGA cable was loose, the technician had to tighten the *****s inside as we could not connect the monitor, to retun the entire system it's such an inconvenience only becuase of 1 faulty camera, we returned only the one camera to Takealot as the camera cables had already been installed in roof and we had the PVC trunking installed in our home to conceal the cables, Our return was rejected due to missing components and we were informed to return the entire system, this now meant we would have to uninstall everything, and the cost to install the system would go down the drain. We eventually uninstalled everything, with removing all the cables, the splitter cable got damaged, after close inspection of the splitter cable it was discovered that the cable was very poor quality. We returned the product with all the accessories and were informed the return is now rejected due to a broken cable, the system was already broken when we received it, to decline our return due to a broken cable is Ludacris, it is already an inconvenience and loss for us having to uninstall the entire which was received faulty, we paid for installation, which we are now having to install again. I would like for someone to look into this matter. I would like to get a refund as we returned all the components, surely with the quality of this product, having to uninstall everything would would come at a cost.
I own a small business and also file my personal income tax, I requested assistance from Company Partners to become the registered representative of my company so i can submit my compnay income tax return, I was assisted by Cynthia Takawira, she said i needed to pay R490 and she would assist, everything Cynthia done, i had could have done myself, prior to consulting with her, i previously uploaded all the documents required and got a reference number, but because SARS employees was striking they never called be back so i reached out to CP to try and get it done sooner, After getting confirmation from Cynthia that SARS would call me on Monday 5th September @10am, I waited, i eventually got a call from SARS, asking a few questions, i was then told the application was complete. I then tried to submit my tax return, however when i try to access the company info from my SARS profile it does not appear anywhere. So now I'm back to square 1, i paid R490 just for her to re-submit documents I already submitted. I'm now hanging in the balance with no means of submitting my information. I would like a refund as the profile was not setup by the incompetent SARS representative, I expected much more support from Company partners, you just took my money and left me to figure this out, today i still cannot submit my tax retrun
I did not want to go this route but I'm kind of forced to as no one is getting back to me regarding the issue i have. I purchased a CCTV DVR setup, got an installation company to setup everything, all the cables etc was neatly installed, A month later the 1 camera went faulty, it show a question mark on the screen, i've paid quite a bit to have this system installed only to be told that i need to return everything, I need to only have the camera replaced, i would have to pay the installer to come and disconnect it again and re-install the system again. I returned the faulty camera but on the site where the return is logged, it indicates awaiting missing accessories Return MRRN-YREEJ-MGOR
