Customers be prepared as Mtn may not help. I feel sorry for the majority of SA poor and ******** not forgetting the elderly and sickly using Mtn who is not helping in combatting the ********s from within its company. The theft and transfer of my Airtime has been ongoing since 09 October 2025. It was an ******* transfer of my Airtime each time I purchased to numbers that are displayed, but Mtn just will not help. On 09 October 2028, after much battle to get through to Mtn customer care *135 with them dropping the line a few times, they then asked me to phone 0831234357 to report the ***** . There, it was also a battle to report that my R200 airtime ****** was transferred to a number +27639442916. After a struggle with calls being dropped, I eventually spoke to a person by the name of Siza. After listening to me and trying to help whilst I'was on the line for about 45 minutes, he told me they will withdraw that transfer from the *****ulent number and credit my R200 airtime within 24 Hours. I requested a case number, which was Case No 1-122521468053. He told me it is now on the system and am safe to use my phone number. Gosh, only to find out each time I loaded the airtime it got transferred to other numbers. I was never credited back to the airtimes I purchased, so I stopped loading airtime, which is my main contact number. On the 22 October 2025, I went to Mtn Store at the Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg they informed me that they could not help and asked me to phone 135 Does anybody have advice on who I can pursue this problem. In the meantime, I request you to please circulate so to warn and protect the poor people of SA against Mtn I am a disappointed customer, having been with Mtn for over 40 years. I am seriously thinking of porting my number to another reliable pro - active against crime network company. I now wrote via email to *****help@mtn.co.za as telephonic reporting was a waste of my time and airtime- I will wait 48 hours. If I do not hear from them. then it will be presumed the ********s from within deleted my complaint. - Neither Mtn Customer Service not did their ***** section contact me Please warn the public

ABSA BANK- South Africa - Emails sent to absa@absa.co.za goes no where when one submits a complaint. I strongly suspect staff manning the main email sent to ABSA delete emails containing complaints. I have been dealing with ABSA over 30 years and the service is fast deteriorating. I have a few emails requesting for service and complaints remains responded

After a few tries them one waits for a long time before someone answers, then one gets sent from pillar to post.
