I was referred to Dotsure by a friend and my puppy trainer who is very happy with them. I dealt with Marizel Bernardo regarding my accident policy for my dog and she is very professional, friendly and thorough. It was pleasure dealing with her!
Stale chips twice in one week. Drive thru ridiculously slow. Sent this to facebook page: Hi, Mcdonalds brackenhurst drive thru has been slack lately. VERY slow service and I have had 2 meals this week with stale fries. Pathetic response below: Hi Ronnie, We are sorry to hear this and thank you for reaching out. Our restaurants have a return policy enabling customers to return unsatisfactory order items that are uneaten or partially eaten. A receipt of purchase is required for this. Firstly, it is a huge inconvenience to drive all the way back to the branch, secondly, the staff member asks for and keeps the receipt at the collection window. This store needs serious improvement.

Not sure what your staff are doing there but my order has been cancelled now. I sent the below, only to discover that it is cancelled.. "Still says processing order. I need this urgently, please advise when it will be delivered so I know whether to cancel the order or not." Where exactly do you see that I requested it to be cancelled??!! Can management please advise what is going on and when I will receive my order???

Facebook page ignores my messages, online form is a waste as also ignored. Email address on your site also useless, no response at all. Does anyone who works for you actually provide customer service? Brackenhurst branch is a joke, the drive thru queue goes around twice it's so slow. Waited 10 mins today then just went home. This has happend on at least 5 occassions when I attempt to go there

You deserve 0 stars. Been battling for weeks now to opt out of marketing messages. Your customer service reps on email are useless and provide instructions that do not work. Facebook agents are just as useless, and same with twitter. Email references 2847353, 2839162, 2830745 still unresolved. I am getting rubbish from MoMo now which I do not want. Is there someone there that actually has a clue on how to assist their customers?
