They are back at it again, received a call yesterday and today an email with an invoice for payment! : Disappointment Regarding ***** Case Handling Dear [Recipient’s Name], I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the response time and handling of ***** cases by FNB. Today, two large transactions were debited from our business account, and after promptly reporting the issue to the ***** department, I was assigned a case number. However, I was informed that the investigation could take anywhere from 7 to 30 days to resolve. As a business owner who has been loyal to FNB for over a decade, I find it disgraceful that ***** cases are not treated with greater urgency. My business is now facing a cash flow issue due to these unauthorized transactions, yet FNB seems unable or unwilling to provide immediate assistance. It is incredibly frustrating that, despite being a long-standing client and regularly paying charges and fees, when it comes to a *****ulent case, I am left to handle the situation on my own. The lack of support and urgency in addressing this issue makes me feel as though my concerns are not being taken seriously. I would appreciate any help or alternative solutions FNB can offer to address this situation promptly.
We visited this place on Friday 26th May, we arrived and was taken to our seats, we waited for almost 20 minutes when we realized we are not being served! A family walks in after us and they get asked for their order and glasses were placed on their table, why were we ignored?? I got up, complained to the manager and all he asked was where were we sitting!🤬 and I just stormed out, this is not a good impression on your place. Terrible delivery service
I am very disappointed in service received from Hyundai branch in Plumstead. 3 weeks ago, we took our car in for a service, 2 days later our car made a funny sound contacted the branch and told them what we heard, they told us to bring the car back, however the car would not start! Our car was towed from our house, 3 weeks ago! Every week we get told a different story, the engine has to be replaced etc.. and at the end of each week our car will be ready, as of today, we still have no car!!! The worst problem is that my husband is in sales, so right now, he cant do any work! Are you Hyandui going to compensate salary loss??? I message Hyundai SA, asking to please provide us with a curtesy car as this problem of the engine was their fault and they need to help us with a car, no response. This is not the greatest of services we expected from the car dealership. Hyundai - You tell me how you can help?????
Our water meter was stolen 3 days ago, I have reported it, sent case number called every single day asking when my new meter will be installed, 1-3 days!!! I do not have any water coming out of my taps! How pathetic, The CCT are quick to get you to pay your rates/water bill, but when residents require there urgent assistance, we get pushed around. I have reported them to all avenues including the DA, head counsellors of our area. I need this to be seen our bad their service delivery is!
We relocated from one suburb to the another,i applied online to advice we are moving, up until today 8/12/2020, we have no internet at home! This is shocking.. i am so frustrated and annoyed with the service!!!!
Who else have been scammed into signing a 1 page document to update your details and then get a bill of over R9K to pay!!! This has been going on since Feb 2020... and I am refusing to pay any collections company.. It's pathetic that they are targeting small companies!!!
I have placed an order online on the 29th May 2020, to date, no delivery, the website is not longer existent,the contact number, you can only leave voice messages but know one calls back, I demand a refund asap.
<p>I guess I was not then only person scammed into testing the cartridge, I email them to come and collect the toner from me and the voucher.. got a call from the manager and he went crazy over the phone! He's so **** rude and disrepectful, I was being polite and just asking for his physical address to return the item at out cost.</p> <p>Does anyone have a physical address for this company.. I dont want to deal with scumbags ever again!</p>
