I purchased two Goodyear tyres two years back which when i used them they only lasted 4months and then exploded on me while i was driving , I never took note of that and proceeded with life as normal in December last year I purchased a further two more tyres it has been barely two months from purchasing these tyres and they have also popped and cannot be repaired i sent a claim and was rejected goodyear you are a reputable brand but the reliabilty of your tyres is very questionable your tyres are not safe and i want my money back
I have been a loyal suscriber for telkom i have had no adsl connection for a month now due to cable theft in my area i was told that they will not replace the line and that i must apply to be migrated to wireless but for the past two weeks i have been sent from pillar to post being refused assistance while im paying for a service that is not working this cannot be acceptable from a company like this
Hi Telkom i have had no internet connection for a month after counless attempts to call the customer center to get a technician to help me nothing happens the agents cannot give me any concrete explanation as to what is happening iam real getting tired
Telkom this is my second complaint after numerous calls to no help at all at your call centre I still am being harrased by lawyers P&P attorneys for an account that is fully paid for no one has contacted me and no one knows anything is this the kind of service we deserve I have so many accounts open with you guys yet you still are trying to blacklist me for something I have no knowledge of
Its dissapointing telkom i have been a loyal contract subscriber for The Full term Never missing a payment and at The end i even cancelled my contract and movesd to prepaid however iam now being bullied by P&P attorneys daily about money R1680 which i Was Never made aware of And which is excesivelly inflated as when i asked telkom the amount is Önly R580 i have settled the amount With telkom now but iam still being harrased like a criminal this is not fair i have múltiple accounts With you and have been paying no communication Was ever made of this outstanding matter when i call the call centre no one can Help me
<p>I was a victim of a fraudulent contract upgrade on mtn when i was aware of this i got in contact with mtn and tryed to sort this issue out however lawyers from Hammond Pole are harrasing me now demanding a huge amount of money threatining me for something which was all fraud</p>
<p>I had a fraudulent contract upgrade taken on my name and mtn claimed to have sorted the issue however I am now getting harrased by lawyers Hammond Pole demanding ipay the money or they will take legal action I am shocked so mtn has no interest in helping people with fraudulent contracts taking under their name instead you reply on hellopeter.com and do nothing</p>
