Today out of the blue my account was recharged with extra time and Xtra data.i had not requested any airtime or data advance on my number.today out of the blue my number was recharged with Xtra time and data,I had called the call center twice and both times they have stated that I have a auto renewal on my Xtra time .I had told them I did not request that and they said it was active so I am liable for the for the data and airtime advance.i had asked them to stop the renewal and the lady said dial a code and follow the options she gave me and that said I don't have any bundles active,the guy I spoke after that gave me a code which does absolutely **** all does not give me any options to cancel anything.so from what I can see MTN is struggling so now they are just loading bundles and customers are expected to pay which is just ****ING bull****.i have wifi so I don't ever load data on my phone.i have a recurring WhatsApp bundle which is all I need.my advise to everyone reading this,rather jump ship while you can cos MTN are starting to become *******.
I recently renewed my car license disc via the online portal,I had paid for delivery to my address that I specified.on the invoice from RT the address was correct.i then received an sms from skynet worldwide stating my parcel is being delivered.i checked the tracking system linked to the sms and it showed delivered.i asked everyone at work if they had signed for my parcel and nobody got it.i contacted skynet call centre and the told me it was delivered to a Ryan(who the **** is that?) ,in ladysmith,if an ID is required for the collection of the parcel how was my parcel given to an unknown person??.which is not my town.the lady on the phone said they will arrange for a driver to collect my parcel and have it delivered by Monday today is Tuesday and still no parcel.i called the contact center again the lady told me to hold while she checks.i waited literally 10 minutes before my airtime had run out.i still don't have a resolution to my problem.now I will take legal action to recover my money for license disc,my delivery fee and my airtime.i will not play with these people.
I went to @home Newcastle mall on the 18th of October, i bought the mr bathrobe black. My girlfriend saw the robe and wanted one as well. I went back the following day 19th October and i asked if they had an xxl because my girlfriend is beautiful but also a big woman. The sales staff at that branch told me they didnt have that size in the mrs robe available but they will definitely order from another branch for me. I paid a R50 ibt charge and was told the robe would be here in 7 days. Today the 2nd November 2018 i had to call the branch to find out what is going on. 1st the guy in the store told me it hasnt arrived and he will check with his manager and then get back to me. When he calls me back he said that the branch they requested the stock from (gateway) had sent the stock to another branch by mistake. Then he said he will find out when i will vet it and then vet back to me. Then he calls me back with a story that the guy at gateway didnt send the stick and when he goes to check for that size robe on the floor there isnt any in the size i requested. I told the guy im not interested and that they need to find one for me. The guy calls me back and said that all the stores dont have the size im looking for and they can get me 2 different types of robes in different color without the mrs embroidered on. I was going to take that one. But i told the guy that the @home voucher that i had expired on 1st of November and i was told within 7 days i will have the robe, i told him he needs to speak to the manager and honor my voucher because it is not my fault that the goods wasnt delivered on time. He said he will call me back, he calls back to tell me there isnt anything he can do about the voucher as it has expired and then gave the phone to his manager, she kept on apologizing about the issue and goes on further to tell me that her staff "did not know" the robe i requested does not come in xxl. So all in all i wasted my time, i wasted my girlfriends time, and now she thinks im a liar and doesnt want to talk to me. If @home employ people who have no idea about the stock they sell then theg should not be working there. I promise this is the last time i will ever shop at any of the @home branches and i will make sure people know how useless the staff and management are at the Newcastle mall branch. I expect the money i paid for the ibt is refunded to me asap or legal action will be taken. Totally disgusted by the service recieved by the newcastle branch. All those staff need to be fired and replaced with people that know what they ****ing doing. I dont want any sad stories from anybody. I will make this Newcastle branxh famous after i start telling people about the useless branch you guys have in Newcastle.
<p>I had requested a subscription for build your own mustang partworks, these assholes tried to debit my account without delivering the goods.i received a letter stating payment wasnt made, I spoke to one dumb as a rock consultant at the call centre and she told me I need to pay R450 before my order is dispatched, payment was made and its now 2017 and I still dont have the books or a refund. I plan to put this story in every media page to make ppl aware of this ****.this is not the 1St time also they ****ed me around with the draw the marvel way which I eventually cancelled because these people are ****ing stupid and they are ****ing thieves</p>
<p>I had requested cancellation of the draw the marvel way,i clearly stated that I dont want the subscription as they kept lying to me about when its going to be delivered. on Saturday I received issue 4 and 5 of the draw the marvel way.i was also debited for the books which I clearly said I dont want.i spoke to a lady at the call centre to arrange my refund which she said will be done in 14 days.i also requested collection of the parcel I have here and I was told I have to carry the cost of sending the parcel back and there is nothing they can do about it.if they dont arrange a pickup for this parcel I will throw it in the bin cos im not going to use my money to return something I cancelled. if this **** is not sorted out by Friday this week im going to get my lawyer involved. this is pathetic service from a so called professional organisation </p>
<p>I am extremely ****ed off with startimes.i use my hard earned money to pay for a bouquet that has most of the channels I like watching whichbis the super bouquet.but recently I noticed channels disappear from my bouquet sometimes for as long as 2 weeks and longer. I see the idx,bollywood and bollywood HD channels have disappeared and that really ****es me off as I like watching those channels as well as the information bar is never accurate as it never displays the correct information. I expect to hear some sad story from startimes but im not interested in stories and I expect to be compensated for the disappearance of the channels as I have been paying for a full months viewing but I am being robbed.</p> <p>I want this fixed now!!!</p>
<p>Well I dont know how many times im going to keep saying this about absa bank but I know for sure this will be the last time.People go under debt review because they are in financial trouble and while under debt review all your assets are protected and all creditors are to deal directly with your review counselors.In my case this wasnt what happened,The assholes from absa bank didn't contact my review counselors and they just sent 1 fat overweight mother to repo my car.This was 2012.Now we are in 2016 and im still getting calls from 3 different law firms threatening me by using the words summons and court.1st of all let me make myself perfectly clear because the thieving assholes from absa cant understand so let me say it simple for those ****s,I Will NOT pay anything to absa for the ILLEGAL REPO,I havent been working for 1.5 years now and have absolutely no assets left,I have no life insurance policies left and the only things I own are my clothes.I no longer live at my dads home in newcastle because it doesnt belong to me so I had to move out.So I promise this that absa will get sweet **** all from me,They destroyed my life and they still want to threaten me for money.Keep dreaming assholes.My promise is very simple,If 1 more asshole calls me for money relating to absa,I will put a bullet in my head(this is no joke) and I will make sure my suicide note gets to every newspaper and online social media in this country,Explaining how absa ****ed me over.I will make sure everybody in this country knows how absa treats people,They should change their motto to stealing today,Tomorrow and together.Well assholes from absa remember I have nothing to my name so even after my death you will get **** all,None of my family members will pay you anything as its not their responsibility to pay you.</p> <p>I DONT WANT ANY CONTACT FROM THE ASSHOLES AT ABSA AND I HOPE THAT THEY STOP THOSE ASSHOLE LAWYERS ASWELL.</p> <p>**** YOU ABSA,NBA ATTORNEYS,HAMMOND POLE ATTORNEYS AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST DELPORT VAN DER BERG INC</p> <p>TRY ME ASSHOLES!!!!!!</p>
