Today I went to Sausage Salon in Loftus park.. I go there and ordered A special one from their menu it's a kota, right I took a seat as I thought yes it's gonna take long rightfully so as it's a kota... while seated 4 people came to order and the lady took their orders and they also took their seats... I was then called to come collect my kota, did I not get A SHOCK OF MY LIFE!!! MY FOOD WAS PUT IN A BLUE RIBBON BREAD PLASTIC BAG!!! I as I am shocked and ask and then?? She says we don't have anything else to put it in... I look at her and take my food... Lol guys!!! I went to Sausage Salon first because I didn't want to go across the road for a kota, that I could have gotten at R20.00 yet I paid R40.00 for it!!! To top it all off i got as I walked with that plastic in my hand I get to the office and I open the kota up, the Russian is cut in half!!! I took pictures should u want to see them... Am very disappointed and to be honest me and my colleagues will never buy there again..
I have been waiting for them to give me a call to date I haven't received that call, my moms gizer is leaking like hell and she pays every month.
For months now I have been trying to assist my mother who was hit by stroke in 2018 with finding out if she has a house hold insurance with liberty as she has a life cover with them.. This who week I have been calling and been taken to one department after the next, iv explained to all departments that am calling on behalf of my sick mother, she can speak but unfortunately not so clearly and due to the illness she has forgotten some of her personal details such as the number she used to use. All I want to know is who do we call? Does my mom have a household insurance with them? How can we claim?
I was shopping there on the 09th April 2020, we stood in a line to pay what we had come to get essentials as we had thought... We stood in line for about 10 minutes, only for one of the male employees to ask me if i had read a note that was written , i asked him to explain to me what it read "Essentials, medications, military and heath works".. He didnt bother looking in my busket that i was pushing around, he just asked if i had read the note and when i asked him to explain it to me he went on to insulate me saying "did you not go to school"... Your employees are very rude and they certainly dont value their jobs... But i have to commend those that do a great job and know why they at work. Please teach your employees Customer service as am sure i was not the first to be treated in this manner..
<p>The debonairs crossing mall mahikeng...</p> <p>These people are inlove with people complaining.. You order a pizzer at 14:57 and at 16:59 still no pizzzer... You call them most of the works sound like they talking on their own cell phones rather then with a PAYING CUSTOMER!!! </p> <p>Thank you to the manager that was on duty today she was effective i unfortunately forgot her name but Thank you we need more people like you... </p>

I got there there cashier that was working is Paulian Majaja along side her was her manager however she was not wearing her name tag.</p> <p>I was with my partner, he asked me if i had the slip with me to pay i got very surprised because i have never needed a slip to pay before so Paulin then said to me if i dont have the slip she could not assist me so i asked here iv always paid not using the slip and iv always been helped by you. She then told me that she is in a very bad mood today and so she wants the slip, i told her that she is forever and always in a bad mood when ever i come and pay..</p> <p>Her manager the woman without a name tag just looked at her and laughed like everything was normal..</p> <p>What i don't understand is that how can you tell a paying client about your bad moods in front of your manager nog al!!! And get away with it?? </p> <p>Paulian is always in a bad mood when ever i get to Ok furniture, iv always let it go hoping she would get better but she just get worse with everyday! I would like to know if her mood swings are any of my business and why should i aways have to be told about them? I am there to pay nd buy not to hear about her and her problems..</p> <p>Her manager should really consider taking leader ship classes because clearly she is clueless about what should be done when your empoyee does such shocking things infront of the client!! </p> <p>I am very disappointed at the service that i have always been getting and there for i will NERVER EVER buy anything from that shop. I was thinking id buy all my house furniture there but i will not be doing such all thanks to Paulian and the manager with out a name tag.. </p> <p>I know you wont lose any money or business from just me not buying there but at the end of the day i am a client and would like to feel happy and welcomed after being served.</p>

<p>The service that one gets from cell c is very bad its beyond terrible! When you tel them to debt you for their payment they will take their sweet time to do so like the world revolves around their damn asses!! They will harrous you when they want their money. Which is not a bad thing because yes its their money after all but after one makes payment when you call them to find out if they have received the payment they will take you from piller to post which is very unfair to us!!! I mean you wanted your money i made payment all i now what to know is did you recieve the damn money or not!!! With so much frud and scams that are happening in this country i dont think they should be treating us like this!!! I regret the day that i took that contract!!</p>
<p>So I live in mafikeng and I ordered pizzer from the debonairz at the crossing mall at around 14h00.. I was at the protea Hotel it's literally about 10 to 15 minutes away from the crossing.. </p> <p>So at around 15h00 my pizzer was still not here so I then call them to find out where it was, they said it will be here in just a few minutes so I said ok... To my Suprise it was ALL READY 17H40 and still there was no pizzer so I then called to cancel my order since clearly I was not about to eat at anytime soon... So while I was trying to cancel my order I was told to hold on for the manager who took her sweet time to come to the phone, when she finally did she spoke to me as if I was being to demanding and that I should wait... She did not even apologize for my inconviance..</p> <p>Its sad that one has to go thru so much just for a box of pizzer that I was going to pay for!! I can say that debonairs the crossing Mafikeng has lost a very loyal customer in me.</p>
