Logged an issue with my internet connection almost one week ago. The only feedback I ever get, is that the issue has been logged. I have asked multiple times for feedback, but get absolutely response. It is so frustrating dealing Rocketnet, their customer service almost doesn’t exist.
My order was due for delivery on Tuesday afternoon. It was not . I have been calling and requesting it since. I keep being told I will be called back. Pick 'n Pay conveniently took my payment but now will not deliver my goods. It was my first time using this online service for my monthly groceries and has proven to be such a failure. This is what Pick 'n Pay believes is good customer service! Taking money and not providing goods! Offering convenience but delivering only more admin! Please return my money or deliver the goods today or expect a legal letter on this matter.
I feel robbed of the quality I am accustomed to and feel saddened by the way I was treated. I bought a swimming costume for my baby in December from Melrose Arch Woolworths. She wore it once and I washed it once in the machine. The label states machine wash. The costume got damaged in the wash and looks burnt and frayed. I took it back to Melrose Arch Woolworths and the customer service ladies insisted I ironed it. I explained that I did not. Who irons a swimming costume?? Then the manager also suggested I ironed it. They then said they cannot help me further. I said that is unacceptable. I paid a lot for the costume. Another Manager then came to assist. She again insinuated that it was ironed. She said she can send it somewhere to see why it was damaged and that would take at least 2 weeks. A few points to note: • It is the middle of summer and now I have no costume for my baby, I could give it in but then she would have no costume for a prolonged period. • She is a baby and baby’s outgrow clothes very fast. I must now give away the item when it does actually fit and will get it back when? • I paid a lot for Woolworths quality and am extremely disappointed at this quality issue experience. I frequent Woolworths and this is a very poor reflection of how you value your customers. • The staff attitude was pathetic. I do not appreciate being asked the same question as if I am lying. Nobody apologised at all for inconvenience. S****ha
Pathetic service from wantitall. I ordered christmas goodies and was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. Now i get told it will be delivered in January. What do i do with Christmas goods in January?? And they refuse to refund me. Thieves in my mind!
Pathetic service from Whirlpool. Technician came out, did not fix, charged me and now nobody at Whirlpool will assist me and it has been 1 month. This makes Whirlpool thieves in my mind!

<p>Once again, I am being ignored by Dushkin from Mr Halfton removals. When he wanted me to pay for delivery, he was extremely responsive to emails and even called me numerous time. He then took over a week to transport my goods from Dbn to Jhb. Even then, he did not deliver at the committed time. He promised to redeem his reputation by providing me with a delivery within JHB at no cost. I now requested the and after making arrangement for a move, he now ignores me completely. His customer service is shocking. This kind of service is pathetic from Mr Halfton removals and not the first time I have experienced it.</p>
