My extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Standard Bank over the last three years. I have never experienced such a lack of helpfulness, responsiveness, and honesty in all my dealings with them. I have found their service to be worse than that of government institutions, and I strongly advise against anyone dealing with such a bank as it will only lead to disappointment and disheartenment. Despite my numerous attempts to seek assistance from the bank, I have been met with unresponsiveness and a lack of action. I have kept records of my interactions with Standard Bank, including names, references, and call logs, which clearly demonstrate the unprecedented level of unresponsiveness and inadequate service I have received. I have now reached a point where I feel the need to share my experience publicly in the hope that it will serve as a warning to others and prompt Standard Bank to reevaluate their approach to customer service. I do not trust that you will take my complaint seriously and address the systemic issues within Standard Bank that have resulted in such a poor level of service. It is sad to see such a big institution that has fallen so low on customer service ACTION and response.
We have been engaging with our business bank manager Angelique Neethling for some time. She does not take any more of our calls, she does not respond in any way or form. We have app**** for a term loan from Standard Bank 6 months ago and are still awaiting finalization on this loan. We find his extremely unprofessional from her and Standard Bank South Africa
What a pathetic company, after many decades of having an account with them (and always up to date) , their computer systems changed, and refuse to help us. We specialise in tools, stay far away from these guys, tools not near good enough, to warrant the hassle and shoddy service.

Chatz Woodmead, my wife upgraded her phone in March at Chatz, they asked if she wanted insurance, she said yes, her phone is gone, and they will not replace it, only willing to offer R 9500, about half, they said that they did not update on their system, so now its my wifes' problem, but i said a month ago, I upgraded my phone, and said yes to insurance, and I have insurance for the right amount, I want everyone to see how they are stealing, they keep repeating that it was not updated on their system, How must I go on their system and update it, I do not work for vodacom or cellsure. I think this downright unfair.
<p>I can not recieve phone calls at our busniess, we have reported this a week ago Tuesday 19/05, we phone three times a day to telkom, I can even give names of each operator that has helped me, We are still down for more than a week, We are losing alot of Money, Telkom you are nothing short of bad joke, your service is disgusting and you do not know what you are doing,!!!!!!!!!!
