Been logging tickets daily... dont waste time with their chatbot, the script is very limited.. and only restarts your router and asks you to move it around, Rain's infrastructure is crippled, the issue is congestion on the line, I am on the wrong tower according to them.. ok great move me to the right tower... um we cant... sooooo I keep on paying then?

This used to be a great bank, but after 30 years I am leaving, account got locked by transactional ***** department, and even after multiple chats and calls, and even going to the bank branch and waiting almost 2 hours in line, but nobody is able to tell me what is going on, and I don't have access to my funds, just a "someone will phone you" this has been going on since Friday 6 Dec 2024... Standardbank you are stuck in the past with you processes, and you are not agile at all.
I was told previously that Standardbank is working on resolving this problem?? Users please beware that when you make a purchase using your card, and you do have funds available in your account, that does not guarantee the transaction will be reserved by Standardbank and they will charge you an honoring fee of R100 even if the merchant banks the transaction a month later and you are 10sent short, the third time this has happened to me, I have been a customer since 1998, Standardbank you need to fix this system, its 2024!! surely there is a better way of reserving funds

Phoning the Natis Online Customer care number leads nowhere, you listen to the que "you are currently caller nr 6....." as you slowly progress to the next available person to speak with a representative, and then the line is picked up and dropped again immediately.. please look into calls that are picked up and dropped immediately (your Service Management can provide a report on this) its a common issue in call center's that by a certain time of day calls are no longer being picked up even if its still within advertised business hours. I have spent 2 x calls today waiting 30min on the first call and now 15min on the second call, I have been caller nr 3 with estimated hold times of 2min for the last 9 minutes
Been without internet for 2 days, and customer service from VOX, and RSAWeb to resolve this issue non existant, as long as they get their money the end user doesnt matter
Phone lines always busy WhatsApp waiting times approx. 3 hours (and no resolution given) Placed an order a week ago (chronic), and they claimed against MSA and not chronic even when it was part of chronic benefit cover. Eventually got a hold of someone on the phone "we will send a general enquiry to the pharmacy" I was told, this after the previous call I was put on hold for 20 mins Imagine I needed this to stay alive... I would have died already
