Since I started using SADV/Opticom I have not missed one payment, end of April I had some unforseen expenses and could only pay R 500 leaving me with R95 that I owed them. And for R 95 rand my line has been cutt service suspended. There internet is more off than on but I pay for it and now the 1st time I have a problem they suspended my service DO NOT USE THEM there is far better service providers out there
Service is absolutely pathetic requested a statement already a month ago, send weekly email follow up emails, and they just ignore you.
Again another month and still getting emails that cell c is going to disconnect my phone. Dear Cell C Customer According to our records your account is in arrears by R 2 004.97. Please make a payment towards the account to prevent further action or kindly contact us on 084135 to discuss the options. My April account that I have received that's payable end of the month's shows I owe only April's account, but I get emails that my accounts going to be disconnected. What a joke is cell c account
Bad service after numerous emails requesting them to allocate my paymend they have still not corrected my account.
Worst service provider ever, can't get hold of them call center number on their website doesn't exist, and if you get a number that works no one picks up. Internet is more off almost as bad as Eskom with them.
<p>When we opened my mother in-law Telkom account they said she qualify for pensioners discount they made a copy of her sassa card, This month I went thru her statements as from June 2015 they charge her the same as a non-pensioner how many old pensioners money is Telkom stealing ?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
