On the 20th of last month an amount was deducted from my account without my consent I called the bank an email was sent to me to fill in the forms and I sent it back. Since then I have been calling and waiting nothing has been resolved.
On the 25th of this month I bought online, today the Ram guys delivered my product and I told them I want to check if all is in order. They told me they rushing to deliver somewhere. To my surprise when I opened my package the pedestal is broken, the side lamp is also broken worse the stuff I paid for is short. Called your customer service number and was told to go to the store. I got to Maponya mall they told me there's nothing they can do I need to send an email.
Changed my medical aid to Medshield in November 2018 no email or sms confirming if there's anything wrong or outstanding. I called their call center and spoke to George who was unhelpful and didn't want to listen to me. I regret why I even chose your company over Discovery
Today I went to Woolworths Fourways to return the items I bought a week ago, the lady at the customer service was very rude and unhelpful simply bcoz I didn't have a receipt. As a customer I didn't feel valued they should be told what customer service is

Yesterday I bought Ultramel at Shoprite in my area only to find it's off but the expiry date is August, when I took it back I was told it's not their fault I should take it up with u. I need a clear explanation in all this.
