Do not purchase from We Are Ayana online or instore because its horrific
Worst online shopping experience. I ordered shoes on the 26th still waiting for it to be delivered. Now they have cancelled my order, not from me instructing them to do that. I just needed my shoes to be delivered. Would not recommend Ayana to even an enemy... and they even say sorry for the inconvenience as an excuse to not do anything about your problem or query. First and last time ordering with them.. will not even go instore because i'm utterly disappointed.

Zamoh is true leadership
I was at a drive through and got mash and gravy instead of the coleslaw, i called their number and they rectified their mistake and had my coleslaw delivered in less than 30minutes. Exceptional service. The manager's name is Zamoh, beautiful human and her staff are just as amazing. Thank you again

Terrible company .. Very bad with communication and when you tell them you are cancelling all of a sudden they respond to your emails. Don't waste your money, rather start a collection on your own because some wines I googled , and the price they charge :( totally not worth it.
