We were told due to stock issues that the promotion was being extended to the end of January, go shop at Spar today and get told that only cards that are full will be eligible to get knives "when" stock arrives, disgrace of a promotion from stock shortages to goal posts being moved and the promotion changing without any signage to say otherwise, super disappointing promotion on the whole!
Go with my wife to look for Maternity wear, change rooms are a total disaster of a mess, we then get attitude from staff member working there that only 1 person (woman) allowed per change room when other males had just come out and then the staff are saying that all change rooms are full when about 10 are openly available to the public but they too lazy to get up and do their job to check... super disappointed in the store and lack of variety for Maternity wear.
Was at N1 City branch on 22nd of December, needed to draw large sum of cash and only 1 active teller on duty, complained to the branch manager who was full of excuses and made no effort to assist the queues of people. After speaking to him he vacates to his office and ignores everything requested/said.... that being said 2 woman pregnant and struggling in the queue including 1 being my wife... disgraceful service! Its Christmas in a couple days and almost no service... yet bank charges continue to rise without service improvement, highly disappointing!
Trying to get a claim processed for 2 months, back and forth emails between broker and santam, nothing getting done, really dissapointed in this terrible service!
<p>Everyday I need to contact your company for a query relating to one of my account and everyday your online support system is down, why bother having it all if it hardly ever works.... getting quite beyond a joke at the moment!</p>
<p>Waited 40mins on the phone and no answers, this service is not good, no online support available and clearly nobody answering calls either... get the service levels up!</p>
<p>Been on the line for 30mins... started with a 10min wait, then goes up and up, now from being 2nd in the queue im pushed back it seems...? Is there nobody working or something, I installed fiber today for a client then get told the data account isnt active to the line after i get numerous sms's saying all is ready for connectivity... spoke to 2 people there both promised to have it sorted in 20mins and still nothing 4 hours later! Very irritated with this level of service!</p>
<p>Trying to get through to support for the past 2 hours this morning, absolutely disgraceful service, lines keep getting cut off when you eventually speak to a consultant... looks like Telkom ISP is a better option than Mweb of late...?!</p>
<p>Hi there, trying get my parcel delivered since last week from JHB to CPT and not getting anywhere, I need that package delivered asap on my door as per what Ive paid for, everytime I deal with your company I have these issues.</p>
<p>MacBook gets damaged lodge a claim only to find it wasnt added to my policy, Santam accept fault but almost 2 weeks on and still hasnt been resolved... Get email today to ask to send out a assessor, I need this unit replaced asap! very poor service compared to past claims.</p>
