ERROL the owner or manager racially profiling customers
Hi bought two Watches from them, their courier DSV, failed to deliver timeously. Eventually delivering after I collected items at store. I returned extra watches as a courtesy. On texturing items...the owner ERROL was on the floor...without asking if im assisted or note , he just showed me aside from the counter, so a white lady can be assisted... his whole attitude stinks.

Poor DSV service.
I have been waiting for a parcel from yesterday. Each time I track the parcel, it says i am unavailable to receive the parcel... yet I received no phone call or even a delivery man at my gate. Really pathetic service.

Pathetic service
I made an order for a delivery. The initially delivery was obviously someone else that was delivered at wrong address. When they corrected the del8vered flowers that died in 2 days, obviously these flowers were in a vehicle all along...

Poor service
I made a purchase online on 27th October. their website said they will send an automatic email to acknowledge the order, but no such email. I sent an email enquiring which was not answered either. the service is poor. O will amend the review if my order eventually arrives.

Heat texh geyser warranty
I had a geyser installed, 27 Apri 2022l after my old geyser failed, my geyser was linked to solar tube already, the new geyser, says on its label : solar and pump compatible, however the element burned, plus thermostat, the company rep came and says because i had geyserwise thermostat installed, then the warrany is void. This is 3months after the new geyser was installed. I am angry.

Order not fulfilled by Twaddle trading
I placed an order for a generator on 6 March, their website claimed they had stock. I think it was foolish of me in reteospect. To today, no delivery, they are not even reachable. I think the company is a scam.

KIC 560L chest freezer
<p>I bought a chest freezer-to store ice cubes inside,this was in April, in less than a month the ****** thing stopped working,as in the compressor has shut down, reported it to the seller who foned their technical department,on 11th May, a certain Mabutu came through, checked it and left, 2weeks later , fridge not working!No feedback on it.</p> <p>Dissapointed with the quality and after sales care.</p> <p>Last Whirlpool brand i am ever buying</p>
