I called in to review my policy, Tshepo Denga was assigned to me, he was very helpfull. He listened to my query and manage to reduce my insurance with more benefit. Thank you Tshepo for your excellent work and Miway for making making the insurance my way
Takealot is good on anything else but not when they delivered incomplete order. I ordered 3 items come delivery time, the order was delayed but atleast they communicated, frustration came when they delivered incomplete order. They duplicated 1 item, 2 items were missing I was advised by the delivery guy to log a query, which i did within 24hrs. Week after no communication except we are investigating After i sent a followup email they then log a return to be collected from me of the items I said their missing, worse sent a driver to come collect after i told them that the items to be collected were never delivered. As it is, its been 2 weeks after i logged this query, i am sitting with a duplicated item and have no idea whats going to happen to my missing orders.
So i downgraded my package on time and i was informed, downgrade will happen on my next debit order date, on my debit order date, dstv downgraded my packagr but still took the whole amount and its been 7days ever since i logged this reversal when i call them, they always tell me in 24hrs, money will be on my account. Today i called and requested for a supervisor toask why are they not giving me back my money, i was on hold for 40 min untill i decided to hang up. This is bad service, they took money from my account without my authorisation, they are taking mr from pillar to post when i ask for a refund that has been caused by them.
Ntokozo was very helpfull, as I was holding the line to be assisted, we lost contact and then she called me back. to me this is the best customer service. She further assisted me with my query the best way she knows how and I was very happy with the premium given to me She was very professional and she made sure that I understood everything she highlighted. I change my insurance a year ago to Miway and so far I do not regret joining the team.
I have noticed that my airtime is missing, i then called vodacom, they checked if i have any subscriptions that might be taking my airtime, which i have none. The consultant then checked on my profile to check whats taking my airtime. She said that there are calls that i made which i didn't and she further advised me to get an itemised billing statement since we are not in agreement which i have to spent more money on top of what i have already been charged. She refused to log a call or further investigate instead she just put me on the rating voice. Vodacom is just getting worse and worse everyday. Airtime is always disappearing without a reason and worse the agent didn't care about losing a customer. So much of customer service
