On viewing my latest Finchoice loan statement i noticed i was invoiced twice on the 30th September 2023 for Interest fee of R81,32. I tried calling, was on hold for 10 minutes and couldn't get through to anyone. I would like the double interest charged investigated and the one dedication of R81,22 reversed please.
Please stay FAR AWAY from ordering online with Petworld. Their service is NON-EXISTANT. i placed an order on the 6th. Today is the 14th. Cape Gate branch is responsible for online orders. I get told on Friday, 11th August that they don't have stock of what i ordered, this after I HAD TO FOLLOW UP on the status of my order. I initially was given nothing but lies! Today i had to ask for a refund and for the order to be canceled. Funny enough, their site still shows their 'unavailable stock' as 'In Stock'! Stay far away from them, you will lose your mind trying to get answers. Their service is beyond putrid.

Now when asking for proof of the refund i get ignored, both on Facebook and their online chat. Stay far away from them, you will lose your mind trying to get answers. Their service is beyond putrid. You get told lies upon lies and then Taryn doesn't even bother to respond back to you.
Utterly useless company! They never answer their phones and cannot get their billing sorted out. The most useless company ever!!
I had an issue with my account, as i received an email stating that they were going to double-charge me, which was incorrect on their part. I contacted RSAWEB on Facebook via messenger. Zainab assisted me, and although i was very unhappy, and rude, Zainab was very patient with me, polite and very helpful and resolved the matter for me. Thank you Zainab. RSAWEB needs more people like you.
Finchoice are ABSOLUTE ******! You do a debit order mandate for them, the money goes off on the 1st, as it should, but because it's a weekend and the funds obviously do not reflect immediately, but reflect on the Monday, they have the audacity to rob u by charging u almost R200 fee for late payment for their debit order that went off on the 1st. Stay far away from these people. They are *******
I bought a 43l microwave oven at the beginning of May 2023. This was purchased online with Hifi Corporation. Suddenly, on Saturday, 24th June 2023, it stops heating up the food. The Somerset West branch closed down and I have no transportation to get to the next branch. I call Hifi Corp today and they refuse to assist, telling me i must bring it in. Firstly they sell junk and then refuse to assist u when the expensive junk they sell stops working. I am disgusted at their ZERO 'after purchase' customer service!
Don't even deserve one star. Imagine laying a complaint with a security company about one of their guards, and what is their response to you .... they block you on their facebook social media page. What a disgrace! And then a person is supposed to entrust them with their safety?!! What a joke!!
I received a call on Saturday morning at 10. I qualified for a credit card. I completed the entire process on the app whilst on the phone with the call agent. I submitted all the docs on the app ID, address etc. I don't drive, i never have, never will, and i have never app**** for a passport as i have no need to. Today i get told they won't process my application as i don't have a drivers or passport! What the actual f!. My ID proves who i am! What kind of utterly pathetic and useless bank is this?!
I have never, ever in my life been so appalled at the disgraceful service that has been rendered by Harcourts Pulse in Pinetown, Durban. I put my house up for sale in October 2021. Not long after the purchaser's bond had been approved, I barely heard from the estate agent unless I messaged him myself. I heard more from the attorney than the agent. Needless to say, there was a complete breakdown of communication with the agent as on the 1st December I had to continuously ask what is happening with the occupational rent as the purchaser was moving in and occupational rent had to be paid first. 10 days of rent was eventually paid that evening, which only reflected two days later.. The house was sold voetstoots as per the offer to purchase. Today, 13th December, the house is still not in the purchasers name and therefore occupational rent was to be paid again today as rent was only paid up until the 12th. I sent the estate agent, Dave, an email at 08:06, asking him to ensure occupational rent was paid today. My email was ignored. I forwarded this email over and over and over again throughout the day and he BLATANTLY ignored every email. On the 9th December I received an email from this agent stating the geyser burst. On Saturday, 11th December, he sent me the invoice for a new geyser. I asked why he was sending me the invoice.. that email too was ignored. I then got my sister to whatsapp him with regards to the rental, my message was as follows:: "Good day, I have sent numerous emails since 08:05 this morning and have received no response. Could you kindly respond to my emails. Tracey".. His response was: "I await your response to the issue of sorting out the geyser or are you waiting for me to deal with the issue" So firstly, he has zero manners and secondly, as per this agent, i must sort out the geyser issue before I will get any occupational rent. Again, the house was sold voetstoots and there was nothing wrong with the geyser when my tenant moved out and gave the agent the keys to the house on the 29th November. IT IS ILLEGAL TO WITHHOLD OCCUPATIONAL RENT, so I want to know who gives Harcourts Pulse, Pinetown, the idea that they are above the law to refuse to pay over rent. I emailed the manager and the attorney countless times, and NO RESPONSE!! I am losing out on income due to this disgusting behaviour from this agent and I want this sorted out and I want my occupational rent paid before I take legal action .. I have never in my life come across such disgusting behavior and if I could cancel the sale i would! My biggest regret is going through Harcourts to sell my house. This estate agent doesn't deserve a cent of the commission!!
