Great service from MFA Online
Ordered 2 items from the online store, arrived in 4 days and wow the packaging was extremely good, very much appreciated the extra bubble wrap on the corners of the package, both my TV stand and utility box arrived safely. Very happy with the price and quality will definitely be buying from them again.

Black Friday order delivered fast and no issues at all

Faulty item delivered, logged return same day, 1 week later no feedback or collection, Makro has ZERO aftersales service
Ordered a chair and it arrived faulty I logged the return with call center the same day and up to now 1 week later they still have not collected or refunded me. They provide no updates, the return doesn't even show on my profile, at no stage have they been in contact to even ask for collection details. Makro has no aftersales service or warranty it seems.

Hello Peter doesn't care that scam sites make fake reviews apparently
2 months after reporting a fake review from a scam site and the review is still up. Well done, it looks like Hello Peter now just sells services to business and doesn't give a **** about consumers getting taken.

Extremely good service
I received extremely good service from Rebel Gaming, from placing my order, right up to delivery, any queries I had was answered quickly and I felt like they definitely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. For anyone wondering Rebel Gaming is the real deal and I look forward to buying from them again.

Excellent service, really couldn't ask for more
Will definitely be buying from Progenix again in future. Good communication and great service, I feel extremely at ease should I ever need after sales service or warranty support I have no doubt I will be in good hands. Really happy with my upgrade kit, really good value and awesome performance. Seriously, for anyone looking for a reliable PC hardware shop, just try them you won't be disappointed.

Careful Onecart chops and changes delivery areas without warning, could leave you without coverage, No warning
Was a Onecart customer for a long time and suddenly they removed all but Makro from my area. Ordered monthly from them like clockwork and without warning or reason this change basically says "we no longer want your business" Confirmed with support that they made the change intentionally. Be careful if you rely on OneCart, they might just one day decide to no longer deliver to you without warning.
