BAD SERVICE
I CANCELLED BUT STILL LISTED UNDER DEBT REVIEW. THEY STOPPED PAYING AFRICAN BANK WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, NOW I'M OWING EVEN MORE THAN BEFORE. THEY DESTROYED ME

Hello Peter please help me, I feel robbed of my hard earned money
<p>I FEEL I AM BEING ROBBED BY SOLE CANDY , THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND MY SHOES, I PAYED R700 FOR THAT BUT SOLE CANDY CRESTA MALL IS NEVER HONEST.</p> <p>when i went to Sole Candy Shoes to Lay_bye shoes on the 12/12/2016, after a week i went and told them i want to change my Lay_bye to the other shoes because that one was not comfortable and too high, then Rachel told me i cant exchange untill i pay the whole amount. I said its ok, i went back with the money money to finish up my Lay-Bye and to exchange to the comfortable shoes but i was told by Mbali and Mpho i cant exchange , i must take the shoes even if i dont like it because there's nothing they can do about it even though there's another product on the shelf that im interested in</p> <p> </p> <p>Then i told Mpho i cant take the shoes its realy not Comfortable , she said i can just give the shoes to her she will wear it or i must just take them home and CHUCK it IN THE BIN</p> <p> </p> <p>im realy disapointed and heart broken becouse of the horrible service i've recieved , I left the product in the store , i cant wear it, soo SOLE CANDY HAS MY SHOES AND MY MONEY , I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, I FEEL ROBBED BY THIS STORE .</p>

<p>I went to buy Amajoya Flav Candy, that was R14.9</p> <p>Date: 24/10/2016 </p> <p>Time : 17:35:06</p> <p>At Till No:0013</p> <p>Store No : C ********** </p> <p>The tell told me that , i quote: " only if i knew you were gonna pay with that kind of money , i wouldnt have called you next". Then i asked her why?????? she said : " Its closing time and my cash up bag must have only R10.00 and i dont wanna count much" she called on the next tell to ask if she didnt want change.</p> <p>I was soo embarrased because that was the only money i had with me.</p> <p>i had only 10 rand note, 4 rand of 50c, 1rand of 20c</p> <p>iI hate saying this but Dis-Chem is only for rich people, they dont Value each and evry client</p> <p> </p>

<p>home choice handed me over for the product that i never received, i've never been to home choice, i never bought anything from homechoice, i never set my foot at any home choice store or even to take any interess on their online shopping if they have one, i tried everything to explain to them that i never bought anything but they never helped me, i asked them what did i buy and to which address did they deliver but they would'nt even disclose. they are never honest about anything, they ruined my life and im still paying for something that i never saw or have </p> <p>what must i do</p>

CELLC Unhelpful
<p>in november 2015 i terminated my contract with CellC as i was not going to upgrade my contract with CellC. I contacted the CellC customer care Center to Cancel, The cellc Agent told me that it was cancelled.but to my surprise cell c kept debiting my account .in april this year i contacted cell c and i was given a settlement amount of 209.99 rands only to get another phone call two weeks after i have paid that i still owe them another 180 rands .as a frustrated customer i ask myself what business is cell in ,as i think they are really a bunch of humans with no direction and they are out there to con unsuspecting poorlike me ,they are con artists .believe they have messed up life.and for the record they must hire well informed personel,as their call centre agents are rude ,arrogant and stupid. all this happend on the 28th of april 2016 and the settlement amount was deposited that very same day ,i was also given a ref no 1604280000297845 but it seems like it also doesnt exist cause they can not pick that recording of the conversation i had with them .so SOUTH AFRICA WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT COMPANIES LIKE CELL C</p>
