My story dates back to August 2024. I had 2 cellphones that was insured, underwritten by Hollard Insurance. My issue was my cellphone Insurance which is underwritten by Hollard Insurance. I payed my Ackerman's account on or before the due dates as stipulated. I skipped one or two months payment because of lack of funds that particular month. The following month I made a double payment, which was paid on the last day of that month, 5 days later my cellphone insurance was cancelled, when I went to the store in Promenade, I asked for someone to assist me with my dilemma and a lady by the name of Shinaz Moosa help me. She made calls trying to solve my issue and was given all sorts of different stories , sending her from one department to anther. This frustrated me and more and felt like closing my account. I was told that a message was send to my cellphone regarding the cancellation. I think they should seek better ways to contacting customers, updating them regarding issues such as non payments received, instead of sending out SMS's. If it wasn't for the help from Shinaz , I don" t think I would have kept my cool. I was and is still disappointed in the way the customer service from "Hollard's Insurance handled the matter. Thank you Shinaz. The following month the saga of the "cellphone insurance" stuck its head out again and I rushed back to Ackerman's Promenade to query what the problem could be this time, cause I was under the impression everything was sorted. I went back to Shinaz as she was now fami**** with the complain. She called the relevant parties and again she faced difficulties. I heard her telling the person on the other side of line that this issue was supposed to be solved the previous month already, after calling around. Shinaz arranged for me to pay my device insurance and funeral policy separately. Hollard Insurance, find better ways to get in touch with your customers. Texting me doesn't mean I've read or received your message. Call me so you can confirm you made contact.

Great service ever, but tasteless meat. I bought 15 pieces, got big dry pieces & spiceless. Then on Tues I went to Khayelitsha mall for the 6pieces for R65 what a lot I got. Tasty & great service

This is the nearest mall to me and I am sad to say that even though it's convenient to go there, it's not convenient to shopping there. The mall is always packed and is so cramped. I easily got pick pocketed in the mall. Because there is literally no space to walk nice and comfortable. I would most likely make use of malls that is much further.

This is the nearest mall to me and I am sad to say that even though it's convenient to go there, it's not convenient to shopping there. The mall is always packed and is so cramped. I easily got pick pocketed in the mall. Because there is literally no space to walk nice and comfortable. I would most likely make use of malls that is much further.

Good day, I am sending you this email regarding an incident that happened on the above date. I went to use the ATM at Liberty Promenade mall, Friday evening around 23:07 at entrance 2. I live 2 minute drive away from the mall and my wife transferred the money to her savings account 23:05 hence my time of arrival. People were leaving the mall and I proceeded inside to the ATM. While at the ATM someone came and grabbed the card our and proceeded to forcefully grab me, injuring me and breaking the bank card. I was assaulted and placed in the holding cells. Later another security officer came to the holding cell, I explained the situation and he let me out. Due to having work on Saturday, I visited the center management at the mall on Saturday afternoon around 2pm. The lady at the desk advised that I speak to the security officer named, Hempa. I explained the situation and he advised that he will give me a call back at 4pm. I requested that he look at the footage and provide the name of the security officer so that I could lay a case with SAPS. Around 5pm he contacted me via whatsapp and advised that his manager, Lincoln will be in contact with me. Around 6pm on Saturday evening, Lincoln contacted me and explained the situation to him. I missed Lincoln's call on Sunday and gave him a call this morning of which he advised that the officer will be dealt with. As per your center management's mission statement you proclaim to have a safe environment for your patrons and customers. I have been assaulted and humiliated by your security staff. How is the bank card going to be replaced and who's time should be used at the bank to obtain a new one. I had serviced my car on Friday evening and had oily hands and greasy clothing. Was it because of my attire that I had been treated this way because this surely would not have happened to a man wearing a suit. I will be awaiting your feedback regarding this incident. Good morning <br> <br> About a month ago I was robbed at gun point in the parking area and made a complaint and I was told that they would get back to me and have yet to do so.<br> On the day after it happened securities could tell me that those guys are usual suspect's at the mall. What I want to know is what is being done to stop this from happening to anyone else,robbed Samsung S3 which was 5 months old and no insurance. After sitting in the security office watching surveillance footage to see if we could get a picture for the police,I heard a lot of things that was happening there,there also so an incident whereby a security's radio was taken off. Cleaning staff and security said there was little they could do as these guys have guns and when they do something to protect customers these gang members wait for them after work. So my question is why don't they make this aware to the public or is losing business more important,because if I was aware of this I would have never waited in the parking lot on my friend. Now instead I am sitting without my phone and scared emotionally
