I am posting a 1 star review for 2 reasons, the first is the quality of customer service that I experienced, this is the main reason that I have gone to the lengths of a hello peter review. the second is the quality of the product provided. Long story short, the pair of tennis shoes that i purchased literally fell apart after a months worth of use. I paid R2000 for the shoes and had to replace them within 2 months as my sons feet were literally touching the court. I contacted racketlon via email and whatsapp and received no feedback. eventually i had to phone - spoke to someone called Patrick, who was not even sympathetic to the situation and basically advised me to resend the whatsapp, to which he responded that he would "address with customer services who will liaise with Wilson asap". No apologies for the faulty product ... or please return the faulty shoes ... or any sort of customer service. that was on 16 September, the last i heard from the company. I had issues ordering the shoes online as well and after no response to emails and whatsapps had to phone in to them to follow up on my order. The only part of the process of dealing with Racketlon was the delivery of the ordered items, which the courier company can actually take credit for.

We purchased a pair of ASICS gel netburner pro ff at RACKETLON SPORT STORE in Cape Town in FEBRUARY 2025. The staff was very friendly, helpfull and patient. During April we noticed that ons of the shoes had a piece of sole missing and was already slick. I made contact with Patric Kalous at Rackelton.. They called me in and the pair any issues. Thank you very much for your excellent service. Mario

In July, 2021, I purchased a "Target Tacoma Home Wallet", which is a darts carry case/wallet. I noted that the packaging (of the Target Tacoma Home Wallet) indicated that a carry handle should have been included with the dart wallet - I took a picture of this as proof and attached it to my e-mail. Indeed, the back of the wallet has clip rings (for a carry handle) but no handle was included and one could see that the packaging has been opened before it was sent out - the courier packaging was still intact, so the item had to have been opened before it was sent out. Patric said he would look into it and get back to me. By the beginning of August 2021, I have had no reply and followed up again. He only rep**** on 28 August, stating that they have checked all the wallets and all of them had their straps/handles, which were placed in a zipper compartment inside the cases. I had already checked mine, prior to contacting Racketlon, and there was no handle - which I stated to him again. He apologised and said that they do not check every item before dispatch (mine was obviously "checked", because of the fact that the original packaging was visibly damaged and the seal broken before dispatch). He said that they would arrange for me to get a strap/handle, but that it would not be sent out immediately. I thanked him and said that I was a loyal Racketlon customer, having bought thousands of Rands worth of goods from them, and that I feel entitled to have my full purchase. By February 2023, I contacted him again and asked about the carry handle. He apologised and said that they would send the missing part to me ASAP. It is now May, 2024, and I contacted him again. Still no resolution to the problem and no missing part received. He said he thought that it had been attended to and (quote): "It has been informed that Target no longer do the handles on those cases anymore. Hence none was supp****". (Great use of the English language). The point is, that carry handle should have been included with the case/wallet when it was originally purchased. It was paid for. It was obviously "inspected" or opened for whatever reason and I did not get all the parts because of their internal processes. When I brought this under their attention, they should have corrected the situation as quickly as possible. Instead, it was dragged out, just to end with the customer being told to accept the status quo. Unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
