So vodacom called me for an upgrade, which they did wrong, its now been 3 weeks and they have still not correct or even cancelled the uprade…..

Great online experience
What a great online shopping experience, place the order within a few minutes, order confirmed got tracking number with in a few hours and it was delivered the next day, well packed and exactly what I ordered, thanks

Very bad online experience
I have been supporting Leroy Merlin for years, a great store until I ordered online, it has been the worst experience I have had in years. Item was in stock delivery was 1 of Aug then it changed to 13 Aug with no reason. Sent mail to ask why, I was told no stock, went back on website still showed 3 in stock, sent mail again then suddenly stock was found. Got a call 1 hour later form someone else saying no stock, told them stock was found, then got mail again to say yes stock was found………….and now no more feed back…still says 13 August and no feedback on order cannot even cancel order online…very bad, never again will they see me

Bad customer service
I ordered an item, it was cancelled and they said 14 working days for refund. Its been 18 working days and no refund and they just say they looking into the problem. Worst customer service I have ever had from any company.
