Thank you RNR Holidays, especially Erin Du Plessis. Erin and her team helped and went over and beyond to plan and prep our family vacation - Oct 24. Her service is remarkable. We would use and defiantly recommend Erin at RNR Holiday's

It has been 4 days since I returned from my holiday at Zebula. To date I have not received my breakage refundable deposit of R5000. It’s confirmed that there is no breakage yet payment has not been made. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t use their services again.

I use RNR services in March 2023,when we are in the process of booking and payment everything was fine and communication was open, A week ago I started to request the deposit refund, was told the refund was done 3days back but even today I haven't received my money, I requested the proof of payment but I received the banking details confirmation letter ,when I asked why I'm I receiving the account confirmation letter instead of POP ,I then received email with the copied information which shows my name and amount and today's date,I asked again if the payment was done today as I was told it was done 3 days back but I never received the reply. I will never use RNR holiday again and will never recommend to anyone else to to their service,it's obvious that they don't take their clients seriously as they even tild the incorrect information about my refund, I still waiting for my refund even today ,don't wish anyone to experience the same experience as mine, Very disappointed

Had a booking through RnR Holidays at Zebula Lodge in Bela Bela during the 11th to 14th of March. When they need to refund me on my breakage deposit, they are coming with allegations that I have overcrowded the house even though there is no proof of evidence and their claims are denied by the security offices at Zebula. I have further more provided them with evidence of the list of guests from the activities we had took part in, photos and reservations made at the restaurant. Kindly assist me so that I may be refunded as their is nothing there were no breakages.

If you receive messages from this person or want to book through this timeshare agent / agency, BEWARE ...DO NOT! We've used him a few times and had no problems but clearly covid19 brought out opportunists and thieves in some people. My husband and I booked a holiday when travel restrictions eased and we then decided to cancel only 3 days after booking and paying a deposit due to a rise in cases in the early we booked.to visit. I didn't receive a booking confirmation on receipt of deposit paid to him, nor documentation or terms for cancellation. I checked with them if we wanted to cancel a refund would be possible and he VERBALLY assured me that would be fine or a future date booking. For the safety of our family with young kids, we asked to cancel and return of our deposit or a future booking. After a week of following up numerous times he tells me the unit was sold to someone else at a lesser price! And that we cannot get our money back. we basically paid for someone else to stay in a unit at our cost / expense. With a very rough year for us all, especially our kids having followed and adhered to covid restrictions throughout, when things eased up we were excited especially for the kids to get away. Regardless, we wanted to be safe and despite having very disappointed children we just didn't want to risk it, which were in our right to do according to consumer acts and as advised by attorneys. We would have happily accepted a future date (banking the holiday for later) had there been cancelation terms shared with us, but there weren't. Neglectfully we trusted this guy - sadly the world we live in these days proves over and over how its gone to trash. Its been nearly 3 months and I didn't want to take it to platforms such as Hello Peter and have now decided to given the utter disregard from the agent who has the ordacity to continue to send me broadcast whatsapp holiday messages promoting deals for holidays. We have also incurred further costs seeking legal council and representation, he was given 7 days to respond and a chance to settle amicably but still has not conceded. Beware and DONT use this company or person. By the way - this isn't the RnR Holidays here (rnrholiday.co.za) So he is also using another company's name. His name is Areef Subrathie rnrholidays19@gmail.com 0735304263

I received an e-mail RNR Holidays stating that you can book a weekend or weekday "STAY 3 NIGHTS AND GET 2 NIGHTS FREE" On making the booking, I am now told I have to stay minimum 5 nights to qualify for 2 free nigHts. Nowhere in the advert does it state that. Is this not a form of misleading advertising? Please help

Hello all, I'd like to complain about RnR Holidays - www.rnr.co.za - ********** I booked a unit at the Phase 2 Sun City Vacation Club and paid for it. Upon arrival, the Sun City staff told us that a cheaper Phase 1 unit was booked by RnR Holidays. This was Friday evening. I tried calling the RnR number but they only operate during work hours so was not able to contact them until the Monday morning. On contacting me, the agent advised that this was his mistake and they would give a discount on the next booking. This is clearly unacceptable and I advised that I wanted a refund of the difference - they refused. I will not be using this immoral company again. This is unethical business practise - profiting by selling a cheaper product then pocketing the high margin. I implore you not to use or support these deplorable people. Thank you.
