WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
<div>Roof Insulation and Cape Ceiling and Drywalling are run by the same person. After "completion" I lifted some roof sheets to find large areas on the ceiling NOT DONE, there was no insulation. Other areas where they had worked the sislation had been ripped and not replaced properly. Also there were numerous screws missing from the roof sheeting, which is a major waterproofing issue. This was following being disturbingly threatened by the owner demanding payment despite no proof provided for certain areas and demanding money for "extra work". I was horribly threatened by the very nasty owner of the company. He threatened to blacklist me immediately and remove the insulation that had been installed, as well as take me to court and break me down to my last cent. This disgusting man’s personality has filtered down into his company ethos, I had one of his employees screaming at me on the phone when I was just asking for proof the work had been done as was agreed before starting the project. I had to take leave and visit Cape Town to inspect the work personally before making final payment, as no proof was provided for some areas. Upon lifting the roof sheets I found that there was no insulation in the places I highlighted, and had to get my attorney involved. If the owner can treat me, a customer, in the highly disturbing way he did, one can only imagine how he treats his staff which has manifested in the bad, incomplete and rushed service provided. Please also read the other poor reviews of this company, including on Google Reviews to see the pattern. I questioned the owner about these reviews which he responded that they were placed there by his competitor. Rest assured I am not a competitor, I am someone that used this company’s services and really really wish I hadn’t. I did not know people with this man mentality still existed, something that was mostly eradicated with apartheid. He was manipulative and was gaslighting, distorting all the facts with his threats, I’m sure if there is a reply to this review the gaslighting will continue. Shocking service
As a customer one experiences poor service from time to time. Roof Insulation takes poor unprofessional customer service to the next level. Firstly they did a horrendously poor job. Our roof Insulation is worse than before and with the arrival of rain season the rubber + water proofing on our roof did not improve leaks. In fact it is much much worse with multiple new leaks have been introduced with water pouring into our house and into a wall as well. They did much more than a terrible job though with the on-site manager repeatedly lying to us about how he was taking shortcuts and changing settings on the temperature camera to make it look like insulation had improved which we found to be fraudulent afterwards. If only the story stopped here ... but no it does not. We spent most of our time (for weeks) to check up on the poor work by climbing into and onto the ceiling to find repeatedly they had taken shortcuts and not completed their work. Guess what? They then pressured us into paying them more money by shouting at my wife and falsely claiming they could litigate for not paying in full for a job that has not been completed. The owner also promised a 10 year guarantee and has not responded to messages about the new leaks. My wife was kind enough to pay them more but both of us regret this now. We would not like to see them in our house again and thought its worthwhile sharing our experience to prevent others from dealing with spending 10s of hours and a gigantic sum of money only to be poorly treated and end up with a worse roof than before.

No=one home at Roof Insulation western Cape
I called The George branch last year to get quotes on Aerolite . Peter promised me quotes and he would get back to me. After a while he never answered the phone. I call the Western Cape main 087 number , tell the lady what happened . She promises to do the quote and get back to me. She never did. I called last week and spoke to the same lady and asked for a quote and she again took my details but never got back to me. I called her again, she was driving and would call me back. Never happened. Today I called twice and no answer. I just want a supplier of aerolite on the Garden Route. Amazing how this company doesn't want business.

Brilliant service from the team at Roof Insulation
I feel compelled to write a review (my first ever) because of the exceptional level of service and the brilliant advice and product offered by the team at Roof Insulation. Wow!! From my first phone call to Trish in the office through to the final installation, the team could not have been more professional! They were prompt, organised, efficient and cost-effective. They got the job done in record time, they left the house better than they found it and they were exceptional with after-sales queries. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

Aerolite Insulation Installed By Roof Insulation W/C
Thanks, guys good service. Most importantly the noise levels from the traffic have been substantially reduced with the installation of the Aerolite Insulation. Looking forward to improved temperature in the home as well.

Absolute fantastic company to work with from beginning to end. The guys were so polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The Aerolite was installed and it has made a HUGE difference in temperature. Don't know why we waited so long to do this.
