The team at SnapScan were very efficient and responded to queries very fast. They guided me through registering my business and everything was resolved in very short time. I have overseas directors and it was tricky to get all the secure information needed, but the team assisted and resolved everything.

Please help me understand how do you receive my money with ease and I can’t access it immediately because you are taking a day to verify my account.This for me gives ********* behaviour because you are retaining a deposit by force.If I had known that I can’t buy with this stupid app I would not have put my money in there.The business model is questionable

Thanks for sending my QR codes so promptly. Just a note: the app lets me generate codes but doesn’t allow saving/downloading, while the desktop site requires an email request. Consistent functionality across both would really help small businesses.”
