I’m deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and unfair treatment I received from my previous employer. After working hard and completing my contract, the company failed to pay my due bonuses and did not submit my pension fund or UIF contributions as required by law. This is not just negligence — it’s a serious violation of employee rights and labour regulations. Many employees give their time, effort, and loyalty to this company, only to be left without what they rightfully earned. It’s heartbreaking and unacceptable to see a business operate with such disregard for compliance and employee welfare. I trusted this company to do right by its staff, but instead, I was met with broken promises, delayed payments, and ************** in the workplace. No employee should have to fight for what is legally and morally owed to them. I urge potential clients and partners to think twice before supporting a company that mistreats its employees and fails to comply with basic labour laws. Integrity starts with how a company treats its people — and sadly, this employer has failed that test completely.

I’m writing this review to bring attention to serious issues within TLHOMPHANANG BUSINESS ENTERPRISES . While they present a professional image to clients, the reality for their employees is very different. This company has shown consistent disregard for labour laws and fair treatment of its security officers. Staff are underpaid, overworked, and not submitting their contributions to Psspf and Uif. Complaints are ignored, and management fails to take responsibility. Clients who value honesty, compliance, and human rights should think carefully about continuing to support a company that mistreats the very people protecting their properties. A company’s true character is seen in how it treats its workers — and on that front, TNG is failing badly. It’s time for clients to demand accountability and ensure their security providers follow the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Private Security Industry Regulations. Supporting unfair practices damages not only employees but also a client’s public reputation.

So yesterday I went to Department of Home Affairs in Alberton, what a waste of my time and the unprofessional and rudeness I experience from the security personel by the name of Zuku Mothapo was just unbelievable. He spoke to people like he was just speakin to dogs and the level of undermining black people was just unbelievable. I told him that I'm going to report him and lay a complaint about his behavior and he told me straight in my eyes that he doesn't care I can go ahead. I'd like his manager Joseph Mosana to contact me and explain to me how do people like Zuku Mothapo get employed to service people with that kinda nonsensical bad behaviour

I just want Tlhomphanang BE T/A TNG SEC to teach a lady by the name of "Mmathapelo " if its her real name at Home Affairs in Ga-rankuwa manners. She can't speak to people in proper manner as I nearly slapped her on 3/1/2019 when I was at home affairs. I think she needs s****s how to handle people even elderly people. Shame on her. And I don't know if she's there to control queue's of home affairs or to do what. I called same day but she refused to tell me her name and to talk to the lady that answered the phone at your company. I just boil when I think of that woman.
