My WiFi has been down for 2 days now. I have tried reporting it but the consultant at support keeps dropping my call without any feedback. The guy by the name of Kananelo. This is so pathetic as I can't even do my work from home but I have a WiFi. I'm very ****ed 😡
Worst experience I have ever encountered. Maybe your dealership is only for people that are buying new car with credit. I have never been so 😡 ****ed. Got my money and not delivering the car no matter is a used car. Everyday it's a story. I'm really disappointed and ask myself why did I go there.
My daughter ordered her card on FNB app and requested it to be delivered at home. She requested on the app for the card to be given to me as she didn't know if she will be having class on time of the delivery. Today the card was delivered but refused to be given to either her or me as the pod shows that I'm the card holder not the 3rd party collecting. So I don't understand who made this ******* as on the app you can't say a person is a card holder while they are not. I want that card to be delivered and pod fixed on CCD side as this is bull****.
Poor communication skills, poor service, no complaints department as per one of the team leader at their call centre department. No sense of agency on delivery of our packages. I'm very angry and don't know why Shein is still doing business with this people in South Africa. This must be considered to give other logistics business like DSV as they are very reliable.
*********** company and their staff members. On 15/03/2024 paid my customs fees for my Shein delivery but they insisted that I didn't pay. I called them on Monday 18/03/2024 and send my proof of payment which they assured me that they received it. Now I receive the email again that I haven't paid and my goods will be returned to Shein or be destroyed. I'm very angry as I have been trying since 9 to communicate with them on WhatsApp and phone but they keep on dropping me. I want my money back
Bad service. Staff don't have manners and rude. No sense of agency @ Engen Pretoria Gardens. It was my last time using their services.
I visited King Pie Sammy Marks Square to get a 440ml of Coke as I'm not feeling well and needed coke ASAP. So checked at clicks and they didn't have Coke. So went to King Pie and the other lady rudely told the 1 was assisting me to stop selling coke with the R100 note as they don't have change. Feel that my money was not valued. So I requested to have my money back and went to Shoprite where they served me with love. Didn't appreciate there way the other lady spoke to her colleagues while I was there. I will never set my foot on that King Pie. Mind you I love King Pie so much but will go somewhere else.
I have never been so angry by a Customer Service Ckerk by the name of Sammy @ Shoprite Pretoria North. I don't think he even knows what are his responsibilities of that position 🤔. Please take him for customer service skills as a simple communication is not there and he must stop bullying the other cashiers.

I will like to know when did i have an account with you guys as when i visited home last weekend i got a demand letter for about R550 that i owe you. All i need is the information on when did i have anything with your bank that made me to owe you.
