I( Mfundo Jurie)bought a Toyota Quantum on August 2025 at Germiston branch. Within a month after buying a car had problem with Tebbo which I fix and send them invoice Shanil called me asking for documents I asked which documents she said she's going to send me email I never receive any email. before this problem get resolved I encounter another problem. The vehicle has got a problem in gear box. I bought new clutch kit and other spares because this is my only source of income it had to be right. I called them they said I need to speak to Shanil because she's the one who's busy with my enquiry. Shanil is always busy with a client she's gonna call me back when she is done. I never received her call and I'm frustrated now because my kids will need some staff for Chistmas and next year they need to go back to school. How am I going to do all these things while my car is not making any income. I don't want this car they must take it and give me my hard earned money. I'm unemployed I'm making plans to earn for living because I brought kids to this life. I'm emotional as I write this review because their manager( Tim) can not help me either. It feels like R315 000.00 gone down a drain.
I have paid my debt with them but now I strugle to cancel the account. They said they don't do it at the branch. They gave a number to call but it's on music all the time nobody help me until it cut me off. Now it's a begining of the month they load air time and data again. I don't want their airtime and data, I want to cancel.
I ordered epilettes, Badges and Ties for my company and I was promised to get my order in 3weeks. I didn't get my order after 3 weeks I called sales lady ignored my calls. When she take my call she promises to deliver my stuff and said my goods were ready for collection. I paid for the courier to collect my goods but sales lady was not there she was hospitalised according to them and then I spoke to Sandra Barnard the owner of that company she told me that goods were not ready she promised to send the stuff on Friday. Today she is not answering my calls I asked my wife to call her they said Sandra cannot take the call she sent her child to hospital.
The rude cashier her name is Berty Dondashe. Took money for the coffee I didn't drink and when I asked for manager she spoke to her colleague in Afrikaans. I asked for receipt she told me there is no receipt. No email address contact number is 041 922 7045
I had a problem with my car and I was refered by a friend to Gearbox and diff centre I called and explain my problem to Vince, he didn't explain anything but said I should bring the car to their workshop I brought the car into their workshop. He(Vince) was not helpful but I saw an arrogance of him. For the first time I went there the picture of their service he displayed to me was very bad. I asked him if he can assist us because battery of our car is flat and the response to me was I need to get mechanic to check what is the problem and he didn't intend to help me anyway I then borrowed some spanners to change batteries he gave me spanners but that didn't work out, I then told him the problem but he told me that, it's not his problem they need the car's motor to be running then they will test it. Refered me to closeby auto mechanic I went there but they could not help me because they were very busy. We then saw one of Gearbox and Diff center mechanics and spoke to him he was helpful he even check the battery if it's gonna charge if they put on charge in their workshop they find out that the battery is finished and we need to buy a new one and he advised us about the closest auto spares where we can purchase new battery. We bought new battery and the car started then mechanic showed us where to park the car and give car keys to Vince. Vince told me that he was gonna call me and I waited and he never call me after 16:00 I called him he said they gonna test the car the following day. I just wanted to know what is the problem and how much is it gonna cost me. The following day Thursday 17/09 after 12:00 I called him because he didn't call me as promised he told me the mechanics have tested the car but he was waiting for them to give him the report. Since 12 until 3pm i have been waiting no word from them I called him he told me that gearbox chain is broken and change in gearbox speed is faulty he is just waiting to get parts prices then quote me. How much does the phone call cost for him to call me and update me about everything? Does he treat everybody the same way? It's a very disappointing service from the frontline staff.
I wanted to change hosting in my website account but I logged a call after hours and did not expect them to assist me same day but they assisted me with all details the agent was very professional and knew how to assist me. I didn't take his name bu he was helpful.
I was contacted by their agent and we agreed that I am buying into this phone contract and then I received the phone correctly then I contacted them to validate the sim card but they sent me to call vodacom, Vodacom sent me back to them. They told me to wait for 24hrs. After 2days I called them but there were no answer. I called on Monday and they told me to wait for sms from vodacom ad they didn't want to connect me because it's after the 24th and I will be paying them next month. I never received sms from vodacom I am still waiting I don't know what are they hiding now.
<p>I booked a bus from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town for 13/04/2017 at 06:45 am. I saw on the news that buses are on strike. I then call their call centres but I couldn't get answer. I then made an effort to go to their offices in station. I spoken to Siya who told me that I needed to go to Checkers to claim my money. But I don't want money I want to be in Cape Town tomorrow night. There were no Manager no Smoking to inform people about what will happen. </p>
<p>An employee with no name badge on her was supposed to assist customers. We asked her to move the customers infront to an empty seats for other customers to have place to seat. Her reply was 'Are you scared of them, you can ask them as well' and she left us and stand by the desk next to the door. I am disappointed with Nedbank because they should have done better as one of the major banks in our country. I asked the name of the lady from the teller who helped me who does not have name tag also she said is SISIPHO. </p>
