Worst internet company I have ever encountered. If you're "very lucky" you can get through to "Taryn", who claims to be some sort of manager for the company, but refuses to assist or return calls and very rudely she assures 'your internet problems' will be returned to "shortly". LIES. This company is the worst joke I've ever come across - they'll run you an easy 2K just install, and then another R600 (minimum) a month to -you guessed it - not in effectually supply you with any internet at all. If you missed the last bit - don't bother trying to communicate with TWK because they neither answer their calls nor address any tickets submitted to "support" via email. Just don't waste your time being treated like a money bags chump by these overly entitled twenty somethings! Go for FireWater if you're in the Tesselaardal area - SIMPLE AS THAT.

TWK are no longer responding to us and we have been attempting to contact them via a multitudes of platforms, and through a few individuals who are responsible for operations. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem as though they are operating any longer, as connection issues seem to be more prevalent than not, and connection is offline almost as often as it is online. Their technicians as and support staff have not been responding to tickets and I guess this confirms our suspicions that TWK are no longer operational or are at the very least, in some form of disarray. At this point I’m not sure if many of their employees still work there as they seem to be totally unresponsive. It is very unfortunate to see such a great ISP historically fall like this and I really wish them their staff members the best in their future ventures. I no longer know whether or not it is safe to continuing paying them and will need to take this further with the ombudsman in order to avoid any hiccups. It certainly doesn’t appear as though their service is still operational though.

You guys have had an unreal amount of downtime for ISP over the last few days. I’ve never experienced this before. This is actually remarkable. I believe I’m speaking on behalf of your entire client base when I say that this absolutely requires some sort of compensation. No other company would get away with something like this.

Outages have skyrocketed in number and their most reason outage that occurred before the Easter weekend has caused a slew of connection issues thereafter. Simply put, TWK has defaulted to the Amobia and Sonic strategy. My connection's latency has been resolved, the routing has been resolved, but the connection sees intermittent timeouts that cause full disconnections. This led me to quit competitive Counter-Strike because at a semi-pro level I couldn't allow myself to compromise my teammate's paths in the SA scene. However this is not just an issue for gamers who don't like timing out, if you were on an important Zoom/MS Teams call or if you were for instance doing an online quiz or exam for university, you would've likely been handed a fat 0. This sort of **** can literally ruin people's education and workflow. TWK's technicians have clearly given up and I don't blame them as the issue likely cannot be fixed. Do not sign with this ISP under any circumstance. They used to be good but their service has literally fallen off a cliff. And let me reiterate, this is not just the sort of issue that annoys gamers, but these full on timeouts can literally ruin students' studies. This is absolutely ****ing serious and at a time like this at which technicians know people are doing online assessments for university and partaking in online meetings for work, this is something that cannot simply be brushed under the rug. Needless to say I will be ditching these dweebs.
