The company truck parked behind parked vehicles Good afternoon Janita Kindly be informed that your truck parked behind parked vehicles in Worcester in the parking area where Boxer Store and Footgear is located in Worcester. When I got out of the shop I noticed the truck parked behind me but tried to get out of the parking bay because right next to me is an another vehicle parked and the truck is behind me. I struggled in and out to prevent me to scratch my vehicle, unfortunately I scratched it badly at the bottom part near to the tyre because I didn’t notice the metal bar which is a problem at the bottom of the truck which I didn’t see. When I eventually scratch the car the driver came out with the assistant. I asked the driver why are they parking behind parked vehicles because I struggled to get out of the parking bay and tried not to damage my vehicle but unfortunately it happend. I asked the driver the details of the manager he pointed out the contact details at the back of the truck. He didn’t apologise nothing just told me they’re offloading. I told him but you were not supposed to park behind parked vehicles. Kindly find the attached pictures for your attention. Could you kindly contact me at +27795919308. Kind regards Good day Beverly I received your email, photos and Facebook message, thank you. I suggest that you report/claim from your insurance. Our truck was parked as you mentioned and you reversed into our parked truck. If we receive a claim from your insurance then I will forward it to our insurance so that the legal departments can handle the claim. Good evening Janita Thank you for the feedback much appreciated. I don’t have an insurance at the moment. Your company’s truck parked where they were not supposed to park, it was not parked in a loading zone. It was parked parallel behind myself and other vehicles. I didn’t reverse into the truck on purpose. I tried my best to get out of my parking bay and thought I was safe but didn’t realise that there was another metal bar at the bottom of the truck which I didn’t notice. They parked behind parked vehicles and sat in the truck instead of checking when vehicles want to come out of their parking bays to assist while they parked in a space where they were not supposed to park. Kind regards Good morning Juanita I’m just following up if there is any feedback please. Thank you in advance and enjoy your day further. Kind regards Beverly Paulson Good day Beverley Trust you are well. Winelands Pork is not liable for the accident you made. Good morning Janita Thank you for the feedback much appreciated. I made the accident because your truck was parked behind parked vehicles. They didn’t park in an offloading bay that is why I had the accident and scratched my vehicle. I will take this matter further, no problem at all. Kind regards Beverly Paulson

Really poor customer service and staff only make items available to individuals they know and associated to them while other customers have to stand and wait without getting any products made available to them and being told to call to preorder. One staff "associate" left with two full trolleys while other customers were told there no pork packs available for them. If you want to shop here, you will need to be associated to a staff member.

I have never felt so humiliated like I did today by a worker at Winelands Pork. Worse infront of my child too. Today, Thursday the 26 at about 17:20pm Winelands Pork lady started at the door when I had to go in. Almost everywhere you went today you had to stand in a line. So I was I a line to go in. A lady inside the shop would call in 6/10/4 people to go in. Just when it was my turn, another lady came and stood next to me. I was the second last person as the shop was about to close. she said to me "one person!" I looked at her and show her that my 10 year old is with me, we are together. Then again she said "only one person mem ". Stupid of me for not understanding whatever she meant. Again I refer to my son as he is not buying but i am. I think she got tired and allowed the gentleman who was behind me and the last person to go in. Then I commented on the fact that she would let the last person in before me,who apparently was also a worker there. I think I was not supposed to ask. Then she told me that we are two. They cannot allow more than one person in. I don't listen I was told to leave children at home when coming to do shopping The whole day they told people that and people left their children by the door and not entered with them. My question to her was how do I leave my 10 year old son alone at home. And why did she not inform me atleast about the regulations then instead of just saying "one person in" Then she ask why do I want to be the difficult last person. I said in Xhosa "suka" meaming "gaan". And she asked what I was saying, I repeated the word and said to her "you must be tired because" all these things you were suppose to inform me". She said she not tired at all and showed me a sign up by the door and said she could not let me in if I'm the difficult customer. I'm not sure about a difficult customer or was I suppose to just know their staff and leave my child outside as she said that it was not for her to tell me that but to think self. I have even asked her to drop this subject because there was no way I could have left my 10 year old at home alone. But no she carried on. Well, I eventually walked in the shop both of grumbling. When I was in then she calls me back to sanitise my hands. I took out my sanitizer from my bag and did my hands and that of my son's onto of the gloves we had. She called a security for me that she must take me out because I don't want to sanitise. The security saw that I has a sanitizer and went back to her station. Now everyone in the shop was looking and listening at this drama. That was not enough. She called someone else who both of them reprimanded that I need to use their sanitizer and not my personal one. When I asked the difference. And I went to use the shops one. He said to me " mem I think you need to go out of my shop because you don't want to listen" I then walked around trying to shop then the lady said to me. If I don't go then she is refusing to help me bh the till. And she was in neither of the tills. Then she told one Xhosa lady who was busy packing meat staff that she must tell me in Xhosa that she will not ring my staff. The lady did as she was told which I did not understand that action as we were both communicating in English. The worst she told another lady whom I was asking for help that she must not help me I must go out. I left the trolly, I took my son and left the shop. while I was still in the parking in my car she came out arguing with another lady. Where do I report such a humiliation. I get so hurt just by thinking of this incident

Winelands Pork Stikland adverteer Winelands Cheesegrillers @ R56.99 p/kg. Ek is regtig teleurgesteld in julle Winelands. Dis niks minder as vals advertering nie. Google Cheese Bangers en dan Google Cheesegrillers en kyk of ek verkeerd is. Onaanvaarbaar. Ek twyfel of ek ooit weer julle sal kan vertrou.
