The worst legal firm i have ever seen. They do not respond to emails nor acknowledge them. Their collections firm knows nothing about human rights and when they do things they want all in the name of getting money and don't follow the law. I have reported them to the LPC. They don't know any law and do things for money. They might collect for your company but will dent your reputation cause they dont LACK PROFESSIONALISM AND ACCOUNTABILITY AND FOLLOW THROUGH.

WDP/COLL/IH1189 There was a balance of 685.02 when the summons was issued and to that, fees was added. I must say that I am surprised that you would issue a summons for an outstanding amount of R685.05 when you have already been told that the person is unemployed. By doing so you have assisted in putting him in a worse position as he must now pay R1595.61 (statement date 30/10/2024). I have offered to pay R300 per month starting last month – attached proof of payment. I have also asked for an updated statement on the 05 November 2024 which I have not received. The person is unemployed and maybe you would like to incur more costs by investigating this?? He therefore cannot afford to pay you. He lives with me and has nothing of value that you can attach. I, his mother who is a pensioner can offer to pay you R300 per month which I have since started paying. I must just add that I am not legally liable to pay this but just offering my assistance. You may accept this or wait until he finds employment which can take time taking the unemployment rate into account. I am just adding, again that if he only owes R685.05 why are you issuing a summons for R3124.44 which was the original amount owed before he made many payments.

I sold a property to Wynand du Plessis and his son Armand du Plessis, The contract was completed and they made changes on the contract after i have signed, in addition when the premises registered on their name they threatened to take me to court if i dont pay them occupation rental over and above the amount that the tenant paid per month even thoug the property was only registered in the middle of the month i had to pay the full plus extra to them for occupational rental, they were only supposed to receive half the rental minus their levies and their rates and taxes. the inverter on the property was never part f the contract yet they once again threatened me to pay R23500 for the inverter to be reinstalled. in addition they after regestration of the property appointed another electrician for private services and now expect me to pay for this as well. i am discusted with the contrant charges for their property that they are supposed to carry and the non stop threats of taking me to the high court to get money out of me. They pushed me in a corner and said they wanted to occupy the premises immediately even though they had full knowledge of the tenant currently in the premises. forcing me to relocate my tenant which by law now became their tenant. yet i accomodated the tenant and them. just to call me after my tenant moved to enquire if i can ask my tenant to remain for another three to six months. i feel like i am being rackateered by them with non stop threats and accounts.

I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to work with these people. They are the most unprofessional little ****s I have ever worked with. Told me that i am a ******** because i broke my hand. They make you feel very small. I can CLEARLY see what example WYNAND DU PLESSIS is setting for his USELESS team. Because they are all equally Brain Dead

They are so extremely rude. Call me everyday. The overcharge me for a account. They doubled the amount that they claim i own then. If anyone have also the same problem with them my suggestion is lay a complaint against them by the counsel of Debt collectors. They laughed at me when I told then numerous of times that i am unemployed and told me it's not their problem and that i must make a payment fast. They are harassing me everyday and this is against the law. I am so fed up with these people's rudeness

I'm so disgusted by the service that this attorneys have given me. I made payments every month and they were still sending me sms's that I was being charged for unaware. The manager that I spoke to was so rude and made me feel so little. If there someone that knows where I can escalate my issue to please let me know 'coz I'm being charged unfairly.

Really disappointed as these people send through inaccurate information and treat people as criminals. The receptionist was rude and could not even give her name. In these tough times one would expect assistance not condemnation.
