The worst managing agency, they do not take accountability nor do they treat people the same way, they worked with Wynand Du Plessis Attorneys and have placed my family and i in distress. They instructed a collections firm to collect on their behalf and when i was done paying and queried their maladministration they tell me they don't know what the attorney said or did-that time they handed the account themselves-imagine what else they would do with your business, when they don't know what THIER service provider is doing. Use them as a managing agency at your own risk
The worst legal firm i have ever seen. They do not respond to emails nor acknowledge them. Their collections firm knows nothing about human rights and when they do things they want all in the name of getting money and don't follow the law. I have reported them to the LPC. They don't know any law and do things for money. They might collect for your company but will dent your reputation cause they dont LACK PROFESSIONALISM AND ACCOUNTABILITY AND FOLLOW THROUGH.
My credit debit order was loaded for the 20th of every month, on the 20th they didnt debit, I called them on the 24th March 2025 to enquire and i spoke to 4 agents who all told me different stories including saying that there is no money in my account(when there is more than enough). They said they will debit again and didn't. This is going to affect my credit profile and they dont want to take responsibility that their system failed and not my bank. I am very disappointed and cant wait to close the account.
Absa credit card has not debited my account in over 12 months,today I am met with a return fee of R130 No one told me that they will debit,I didn’t authorise.I had paid them on the 20th already.I WANT THE UNPAID FEE PAID BACK
I bought a cellphone on the 17th of December and returned it on the 20th of December asking for a refund cause the phone was not responding and kept rebooting They told me I can’t get a refund and they must send it back to the manufacturer,this was GIFT from Clearwater who was very dismissive Till today I don’t have a phone ,I don’t know what happing and their line rings to no answer Clear water EDGARs is the worst
The worst service provider I have asked for months that they cancel one line and they didn’t now I am in arrears with over R500 and they refuse to now cancel now.DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH THIS MONEY MAKING *********** SERVICE PROVIDER
DIRECT ACCESS *******LY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITH ALMOST 8K ,WHEN I SETTLED BOTH THE LOANS IN FULL ON THE 12th OF OCTOBER 2023 WHEN I ASK FOR MY MONEY THWY SAY I MUST WAIT TILL IT REFLECTS ON THIER SIDE AND MY BANK SAID I MUST SPEAK TO THEM I HAVE NO MONEY TO GO BACK HOME BECAUSE OF THIER INCOMPETENCE I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY
I have been speaking to Sbsa insurance for the past 4 weeks asking that they amend my banking details . When they call me they keep telling me they’ll call me back and they don’t.when I call I’m told they’ll call back and still nothing . They combined my funeral cover and still debited incorrectly,’my account is over drawn and I need them to reverse all unpaid fees.I will not be held liable
I am trying to cancel my contract and I am told I can’t cause the account is with Legal,when I have made arrangements It makes no sense why you want to keep someone who is unemployed for 2 years bidded to an agreement they telling you they can’t afford They are so *********** and don’t know what the other department is doing Oh and I’m told no one is available at the legal department. Such a big company?
I cancelled my memeber ship after they said it will be cancelled after 2months,they debuted me 5 times and said I owe them They handed me over and I made a payment on th the 19th of August,on the 25th of August they debit me again ,I want my reverse fee money back They are crooks
