To put a star it's just for me to only be able to write my complaint coz Discovery medical aid has changed to a worst medical aid you can choose to be covered on. My son was on school holidays and got sick while not in his Town. I took him to a doctor who is approved on keycare as we had previously used this doctor but we were told our medical aid is rejecting the payment. I was shocked when I was told that discovery doesn't cover out of Gp network. Discovery consultant also told me communication was sent in November to my email, I checked my email and there was no such communication. Now we are taking money out of the budget to pay for doctors fee while we pay medical aid every day. Discovery you are the worst medical aid cover ever you make changes and you don't care to inform your clients.
I'm so disgusted by the service that this attorneys have given me. I made payments every month and they were still sending me sms's that I was being charged for unaware. The manager that I spoke to was so rude and made me feel so little. If there someone that knows where I can escalate my issue to please let me know 'coz I'm being charged unfairly.
To say I'm disappointed it will be an understatement. I'm disgusted by the products and service that Clicks in Fourways gives. The first time I bought the viral guards for the kids, the packaging was not in a good condition, I requested to speak to a manager and he said I should not be worried about the packaging as the product inside should be fine and they won't give a discount just because of the packaging I bought it and ignored the packaging and the product was fine inside. 2nd time I bought the Garnier face cream. All of them looked like they have been opened and used as there was a cream around the lead on the outside. I ignored it and just thought it would have been some other product that leaked to it. When I wanted to use it the following day I was shocked 'coz it was almost empty I felt like I wasted my money. And now I bought the Viral guard tablets again, the packaging was not fine and like other days I ignored it thinking the product inside will be fine and that the manager will not even take me seriously like they always do. The tablets look like someone licked them and took it back to the container 😭. I've really wasted my money a lot at Fourways mall clicks and I honestly doubt you'll see me again going to your store. What's happening with your products? Are you selling 2nd hand products from a back shop, or are your staff using the products then customers buy it as 2nd hand
I have ordered my dress from African fashion house I received an email saying it was ready for collections between the 6-8 of March. I sent my husband to collect the dresses but he was told the dresses have been sold. How do you sell something that has been paid for. Worst of I can't reach them on their contact number. I've sent messages but no one bothered to call me. I'm so disappointed with this shop and the reviews I've read about this shop now just makes it worse.
So Telkom has decided they don't want to debit my account for 2 months and cut my connection as well. When I followed up why they didn't debit there's no answer. My husband had the same issue and he went and paid the bill into the store but his statement still doesn't show payment. I didn't pay at the store as I don't want to pay the account and still appears to be in arrears. Can I please be connected again as it's not my fault you didn't debit me unless you've terminated the account for good and with no amount I have to pay you.
I went to Renault Bryanston interested on a new Kiger but the monthly installment was out of my budget. I then asked to get quotes on used cars, they did attend to my request and finally came to a deal on a Renault Clio which has driven 38000 km's, I got happy though the monthly installment was R300 over my budget. Story came the day I went to look on the car, I was told the car is taken for a health check and roadworthy, I was like fine I'll wait for it. I waited for 2 days to get an update and finally Thursday I was told the car will be ready on Friday. Friday came I was excited I am finally getting rid of my old car since I was trading it in, I got to the dealer and I noticed the left front mud guard was hanging a bit lower compared to the other ones, when I asked I was told it looks owk nothing wrong with it, when he was about to give me the car keys I asked him to show me how many km's is the car on, wowww lord did I not almost faint, the car is on 54000 km's 😭. I asked for the car price to go lower but they were willing to give me peanuts, I canceled the agreement quickly 'coz there was no honesty at all and the car seems to be a 2nd hand and not a demo. To my surprise they even add delivery but I went to the dealer to collect the car, which I thank God I didn't take it' coz they were taking me for a ride and took advantage as I'm lady. Sales people, please be honest with your clients if you want to make sales. Nothing makes me unhappy like dishonesty.

I'm writing a 3rd review about cell C for the 3rd time without getting anywhere. And I know no one from Cell C will come back to me about this unless if they are selling me something. Early last month I've canceled my contract and to my surprise my account was handed over to the debt collectors. Mind you this is one ruining my Credit record. The amount that they say I am owing, I've sent a proof of payment in August which I still have an email I sent and I never received feedback about it which I guess it was never attended to. Now this thing is getting to my nerve because I explained to VVM debt collectors that I don't owe cell C and they requested me to send them confirmation that my contract was canceled which I did but now they want me to send affidavit stating the dispute, my six signatures and ID copy. Like really now why do I have to go for so much trouble for a contract that is canceled. Like first of all how did the contract get canceled if I'm still owing then and why must I send all those things for investigation to run?. I've stated this before and I will state it again that Cell C is a Circus full of incompetent clowns, coz obviously the lady I sent my proof of Payment to didn't do anything with it. I don't care if Cell C responds to this or not but believe me I will take this too far
I wrote a review last month which Cell C has replied to and canceled my Contract immediately. I was even told that they will make a query with account and come back to me on Monday the following week as it was Friday the day they phoned me. Monday came no phone, still today no phone. Today to my surprise I receive an sms saying my account has been handed over to vvm collections, why is Cell C ruining my name so bad for something that should have been resolved long time ago. I hate Cell C, your accounts department is so incompetence
At this time I'm very fed up with Cell C. I have tried canceling my contract since June and every time I tried to cancel I was told my account is in arrears. Fine.. I waited for July debit to go off but was told same story again and I tried to ask for which month I get stories that don't make sense and every time when I call I get different amounts that I'm told it's in arrears. Last week I tried to follow up again as I receive sms again saying my account is in arrears, I requested to speak to a manager and a consultant went put me on hold and spoke to the Team Leader. She came back with the response that my account is supposed to be up to date with the payment I made in July. I was requested to send a proof of payment which they confirmed it has been received and up to date I'm still waiting for an update. I'm tired of following up and I still can't make outgoing calls or use data, worst of all my name is on bad credit record because of Cell C incompetent. I'm disgusted by Cell C, your consultant even has a nerve to call me today to offer me an offer and when I told him I'm okay I don't want it he keeps going and on forcing me, I even explain that my line is even closed but he kept going on that everything looks fine from his side. Cell C is no longer a good Network Company I used to know when I initially opened a contract with them but it's just Circus playing with our money.
